emails through the site aren't the best due to technical reason but through here i always got replies.
Nicely packaged/ discreet, all vials wrapped properly, boxes came as new.
Very postively surprised, will definately come back 10/10 source.
First order with pepshop after hearing about them on a forum. When i checked them out i was keen to try some stuff.
Order came through quick and received a free bottle of fat burners which was cool.
I wasn't too impressed with the packaging of the Norma test amps as they were all just loose in the box and as soon as i looked at the box i could see it was oily and low and behold 4 smashed amps! Now, coz of the reputation of these guys i wasn't concerned in the slightest and i thought it would be dealt with as fast as everything else has been..I've emailed three times about the issue and still haven't had a reply! It's been about a week now...

Good communication through order process but non existent when i messaged about an issue with my order.
Packaging needs to be better as i didn't receive everything i payed for due to damages.
All in all everything was decent until i was let down with no reply's to my issue of damaged items.
I hope it gets sorted as i would like to use them again!
Edit: I feel i have to update this and say that i did get an email back after i contacted them through eroids and he said the messages must have bounced back as they didnt recieve them..All good now though as they replaced the broken amps and even chucked one in for free!
I have been running 5ius each day and notice a slight soreness on my wrist and foot as well as numbness.
After jabbing 1ml Baltic Pharma Test Prop my sex drive was through the roof! oil seems very smooth and does not cause any pip unlike pharma labs Test Prop even though this lab seems to work well for me too!

+ 1Second time ordering, first time was not a single problem.
This time I've ordered, the first vial arrived literally the next day and the second one is nowhere to be seen, and it's been over a week. They are ignoring all of the emails and i've both tried email and contact on their website. Seems as they want to scam their customers now.

Been a long time coming this review. Have had a good experience ordering from them despite not finding them on eroids which is a damn good surprise considering how many frauds there are. All their products worked a charm and I will be very much looking forward to trying their fat burners once more when they're back and running.
