Alright I was told 1-2 weeks....so now its 2-3 weeks?....who keeps adding on this extra week? im not waiting a day over 2 weeks to get my shit reshipped. Not happening. whoever added this "extra week" is starting to sound like that guy that still owes me $30

Napsgear Rep, its going on 50 days since my order was shipped, according to Naps. You claim everything will be made good. Tell us when? How many more days? 10,20,30, how many? When does your guarantee expire? How long must this go on? I need a reship or refund. All orders has a shelf life , which means, its gonna mold and mildew before I get it, that's if I get it at all. I don't care which one I get, reship or refund, just make it happen. I'm getting weaker and weaker by the day, keep screwing around and ill decay. So don't let me down by throwing me sum ground round. I'm gonna take a pause for cause and hope I see Santa Claus.

ok naps, oh I mean goheavy!! This is a review and NAps is loosing the battle bad. So rather than taking defence why dont you do something about it and not keep saying 2-3 weeks, that excuse was used 4 weeks ago.

  • mocowbell » I 100% agree that ppl need to be smarter including myself, no one should be posting there TN on here. Also ppl need to stop talking about the location of there package on here that is just like giving customs a reason to open up ur package or even worse things could happen than just ur package getting seized.

  • NapsRep » I'm not going to go into details, but this entire post is inaccurate. We are the largest distributors of GP in the world, I think we know a little bit about how they operate and what's going on behind the scenes. This is not selling asprin from a grocery store and things are done differently in this game. Like I mentioned earlier, one of the top sources right now send all vials unlabeled and claims GMP standards, and everyone seems to be fine with this. As you said you don't work for Geneza, well, I do, and I can tell you that there is a reason things happen and it has nothing to do with the gear we send not being authentic GP gear. Anyone wants more details on the label deal, send a ticket, we aren't putting it in the open.

Im gonna say give this guy more time before you start bashing him. a few people did send me their TN's cause they didn't know which site to use (this isn't smart but they needed help. not saying im not trustworthy tho Smile but after i just checked their TN on track trace it brought up the slovakian post office for some reason? anyway they TN said "21.07.2011
06:02 Arrival at Delivery Office." so there is still hope i guess. Try the slovakian post office it might show something. NOT SAYING IT WILL AND TO GIVE UP HOPE just saying they might be moving now. thanks.

damn people he mentioned he will be sending out again packages and wait another 2 to 3 weeks, there was an issue. go to the forum or elsewhere, pm naps. this is only for reviews not questions where you packages are. read below, he explained almost the whole issue. now its just patience again. mine was shipped jul 7th and im not expecting anything b4 mid aug.

I ordered around june and im tryna keep calm but im tryna point out your situation isn't the same for everybody. Not everybody has the same amount of patience as you.   • NapsRep » What type of email are you using? Please see my earlier comments concerning emails and not getting responses, you need to login to support on the website to see our replies because I can assure you that your tickets are being replied if you are sending them. With the date you gave I can tell you that your order is in the same boat as the others here and was just released from the hub and is on the way.
  • Standard Donkey » but..my first package on track trace says that it was dispatched from the post office out of ukraine on june 20th..does that mean that it is still in some hub with the others? (it was shipped on may 30th)
  • NapsRep » The tracking says all kinds of stuff right now because of how they handled it, I would ignore whatever the track trace says and focus on when it shows up on your country's default postal site. It may be a week or so before it shows there, but when it does you'll have an accurate representation of where it is, and once it shows there, it shouldn't take long at all to arrive.

  • NapsRep » Without going into details that don't need to be public too much, we were told this week that they were being released. Most likely not all at once due to the volume, but that they were being released, we know that the typical arrival time when they aren't being held up is normally 2 weeks or less, so this is why we are saying give them 2 weeks. We are in the same boat as all of you after this point, watching the tracking numbers and waiting for them to start updating beyond the orgin point. I'm sure when people's start working, they will start posting this, and more and more will start, then they will start arriving. After this, we will let them all arrive then look into the ones that still don't show on a case by case and start dealing with those. But for now all we can do is sit back and let them move towards their destinations.
