Ordered pins. Got a email it shipped. Nothing came. Tried to contact but email bounces back and phone number is no good. I went to the post office to make sure and was told it never got shipped.
Pins actually showed up. Took about a month. But showed. Work as they should. I will not order here again.

I ordered from GPS about two weeks ago and to my surprise the Easy Glide Pen Needles 29g x 12mm - Box of 100 were not full insulin syringes but just the needles. I got into contact with Steve and had great customer service. He allowed me to return the OPENED box on the needles and sent me a box of 100 insulin syringes!! Steve is a stand up guy and I recommend you come here for your medical needs.

A+++ always responds within 24 hours and walks you through everything. Gave me the return address and then asked what I needed instead. He sent the replacement item within the day of receiving my return.

It's a hell of a lot cheaper ordering from this place than most others. I spent some good time searching for the cheapest.. I guess I'm a cheapskate haha fuck it. But anyway for real, very good prices, no need for me to wonder anywhere else as long as these guys are in buisnes.

I was worried at first, reading people have had lots of complications receiving the wrong number of supplies ordered, but everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend giving them a try.
Ordered 200 insulin pins and 2 bac water. Received bac water and the promotional extra but only 20 insulin pins were in the envelope. Its over a month later and no resolve.

No need for any support. I ordered and everything showed up very quickly
Only complaint was that they used a medical supplies box to package everything. Could've been more discreet. Not like this was a shipment that could get confiscated but I would prefer more discretion.
Maybe this was a fluke but worth mentioning for all the rest to take advantage of. I placed items in my cart and gave the required email etc. Decided to wait another day or two and check a few other suppliers because I wasn't in a hurry. They sent me an email to take 5% off a few hours later. I didn't buy yet and the next day I received an offer for 7% off. Their prices were already the best and that just made it better. If you try it place all the items in your cart that you'd like. When you receive the email it brings you right to checkout.

Great, i had no reason to email them but they were always contacting me every step of the way. First with order conformation and then with tracking about a day later.
It was quick. The one thing i didnt like was that the box they used to ship was a box that needles come in instead of a plain box. Really sucks when your roommate doenst know about what you do. Ill make sure i address this issue next time i order.

Didn't need any. I made my order got my conformation email then a few hours later I got another one stating it shipped and also tracking.
Couldn't have been better. I believe I ordered on a Saturday and it shipped that day and arrived on Tuesday. Packaging was great.
This was just a small test order to see just to make sure everything went smooth so I'll be putting in a bigger order this week.

+ 1I unfortunately had a bad experience, due to an incorrect order and absolutely no return contact from the company.

50x 30g 1/2in syringes (only received 10)
I ordered some BAC water and 50 insulin syringes. When I received my order, it felt light, and sure enough they only shipped me 10 syringes. I immediately emailed them, included a picture, and waited. After a few days, I hadn't heard anything, so I scoured their website for a different contact point. I couldn't find any, so I submitted another help request through their web-based contact form, and still zero contact.
Packaging was done well, a bubble mailer inside a bubble mailer for extra protection.
I really didn't want to write this review, but customer service is huge for me. The way they handled this disappoints me.

So overall I am very pleased with my experience shopping with gpsmedsupplies.com . The order did not go completely smoothly being that they were waiting on a shipment of Bacteriostatic Water which I did not know. I called asking why my order has not been shipped and they explained they were waiting for the bac-water but would ship the rest of my order if I wanted. One other hiccup was that I order 18g 1 1/2 needles and got 18G 1inch needles. i didn't even bother to call being that the 18G are just for drawing. Like I said over I am happy with the company and appreciate there price and customer service.

They were out of the slin pins that I ordered and sent a different kind that I was not happy with, well they replace my 200 order with 300 of the type I like. Did I mention their prices?? I will be a customer for as long as these guys are around!
