My overall experience
Yeah from what they told me when they 1st opened they don't sell direct,but they have many suppliers,that distribute their products.
Yea I also made an order three days ago I heard good things about them but I am new to this it was actually my first order. And I have not heard anything from them I got a confirmation that my money was picked up the day I sent it. And have emailed them 5 times and still nothing I'm beggining to think That they are scammers because I read somewhere that a month ago they were shut down and this is a new site I'm sure some scammer saw this as an opertunity to take over but I'm still keeping my hopes up. Let me know if you hear anything. They may be on vacation

My overall experience
Just to let people know this company has poor customer services. I have emailed them numerous time about my order with no responses. Shipping is suppose to be 3-4 business days but it has been two weeks going on three and nothing. So it may just be another scammer, but if anything changes I will keep you all up to date. Ok sorry also I never received a tracking number.

GEN SHI LABS HAS NOT TRADITIONALLY SOLD DIRECT. THIS IS NOT A SOURCE I WOULD FEEL GOOD ABOUT USING.....BUYER BEWARE.
