-1i placed my order mid decemeber and have not received a thing yet but a fake tracking number and the complete run around, im so confused i ordered from them before and got my package and now there just telling me a whole bunch of lies about how they are going to send it and nothing yet they gave me a fake tracking number out of fear of me writing a bad review
i ordered the 2+1 deal the were offering
they have lied to me about sending my order about four times now and provided a fake tracking number when i sent an angry email
havent gotten anything yet

-1i ordered from genoxon for the second time. The first time was great and recieved the product in 14 days. This time, i received the tracking number one week after i ordered and then it took 4 weeks to get here. Still i am glad it arrived. Unfortunately i received 1 less vial than i was supposed to, so well yeh, not impressed, which you can make up your own mind on.

+ 1Been using Novotrop for a month at 4iu a day. All effects which I've noticed were positive , quality of this product is on very high level , hope you guys will stand for it for a long long time.

Communication was always good , these guys know their business have nothing to add about it.
Last time , T/A was fast enough - 11 days including payment confirm. Packaging was good & secure.
All times when I ordered from Genoxon I got good services and good products.

+ 1I'm a first time user of this gh , and I have all signs of outstanding pharma product! Very good and fast communication. Been on it not so long , but for this time I noticed all the changes which I'm expected for. Other words - I got what I'm paid for.

Brilliant communication , fast and helpful responses , always in time , never been waiting more then 3 hours.
Shipping time was 10 days , what is very very nice. Packaging was good discrete and secure , got all the vials in perfect condition.
This gh is not even close to any other generic , very pleased with this source!

+ 4This is my first review and I tried to be as honest as possible. This is a good product at a fair price and the support/communication is fantastic, I would definitely buy again.
3 kits Novotrop hgh (360iu - 15x24iu)
Communication is top notch and they responded very fast to my queries, I ordered 3 kits and only 1 kit arrived, I e-mailed them alerting them to the mistake and they got back to me straight away, apologized for the mistake and sent the 2 missing kits out straight away. Mistakes happen sometimes but what matters is how people handle these mistakes, genoxon were top notch in handling this.
T/A was about 3 weeks for each of the two parcels, this is pretty standard where I live, after payment first batch was shipped within 2 days. Packaging is OK, not great, products did make it through fine and undamaged so that is all that matters, I would maybe recommend a slightly better shock absorbing product to wrap the vials in.

Very fast and timely responses. I had some questions about Novotrop usage and they gave me all the info what I'm asked for, appreciate it.
T/A takes about 14 days. After payment confirmation (4 days) shipping time was 10 days , and I think everything is ok with that. Packaging was good any vial wasn't broken.
Highly recommend this source to Eroids members.

I was skeptical when I saw them first time here but see a lot of positive reviews and comments from other members ... I decided to pull the triger at last. There are many words was spoken about Novotrop GH and their good services and I haven't nothing to add about this about every word about them is pure truth.

Every mail was replied during few hours and some times it was even more faster. Great customer support they helped me even when the problem was on my side , other words when I made a stupid mistake they help me to fix that issue. So support is superrior and period.

Communication is top notch , they work really 24/7 I tested lol. And responses come really fast , they are always on touch. That's very important for me cuz I hate to wait.
Packaging very discrete and secure. My pack arrived during 12 days total. And they were in touch - always, while pack come to me, that's really nice and I appreciate that.
Cheap stuff , awesome results , top notch services - this is the gold phormula for me! No doubts I'll continue to run with Genoxon.

This was my 3-rd order in total and I'm happy with this source and I'll recomend them for everybody.
Novotrop 2 kits 240IU.
Communication was brilliant as always fast and smart answers that's awesome.
Recieved my stuff 8 days after payment confirmation. Package was good and secure, any vial wasn't broke or damaged.

+ 1I have only received one order at the moment, I just placed another today(11/2/15) so take everything I'm saying knowing this is just one order..
3 kits novotrop. Total 360 units.
Always very quick to respond(even though I've only place two orders, I have talked to them on a few occasions) they are usually short, quick, and to the point, but at the same time you get the feeling they actually care about your business.
Once again I have only received one order at the moment, I just placed another today(11/2/15), but it got to me insanely fast 2-3 days. I would say that is out of the ordinary looking at some of the other reviews though.

As I said their service is more than good it's excellent! I never saw before such polite and educated managers! They know their buissness!
Last order was delivered during 15 days. I'm not complaining about that every of us must understand that this isn't Amazon it's underground market, so everything may happen here. But it will be great if they can do it a bit faster.
Packaging was safe and secure , like always.

+ 2I'm really liking everything about this brand..I recently added it to my protocol and have been seeing awesome results . I think the "you have to use gh for 6 months to see anything " is the same BS "clomid makes me cry"
Idk where people get this ... Maybe 6 months to see something at 2iu/day but not at 5!

What i do have is receipt for 650$ i paid (including EDITED fees) and 16 emails saying their was a holiday in EDITED, it was delayed contact EDITED etc. I contacted EDITED and they said no info on tracking number i got
From genooxon and to contact sender. Genoxon says
Contact EDITED. So my first try at hgh is a costly failure

Genoxon was extremely quick at responding to order information and any questions. Genoxon also followed up with me after I received my package.
The packaging was as plain as could be, all vials were wrapped in paper so as not to rattle or get damaged. Shipping time was extremely fast, I received the package within 3 days after receiving my tracking number.. Nice...
