Patiently and fast. IMO it's all you need when you deal with source. All my questions was answered in minutes so that's makes all ordering process much simpler. So this is 10/10
I waiting for my tracker 6 days. After that 5 days to bring it to me. As a result whole delivery process took 11 days after I paid for my pack.
Packaging was secure and professional

+ 1Second order from them. Great product, but this time some minor packaging issues that disappointed.

inconsistent - especially with questions regarding late orders or problems with product. Now with the packaging issue I'll describe below, they responded but told me they needed to check with the boss. That was yesterday and no word back yet.
Finally get word back. Bunch of runaround bs. Sad, good product but not good enough to lose 3 vials and have to repurchase to rectify.
Ok, packaging is good enough. My problem was with the vial tops this time. Every single vial top is basically melded to the metal that seals the vial. This means if you're not careful taking it off, you'll destroy the seal and all air will rush in thereby leaving u with wasted gh a leaky vial and I can't vouch for the quality after that. I've been doing it so long I know longer feel the sides which is okay, because I'm on the same dose.
Now once I figured out to be extra careful I still has to deal with the bent metal interfering with the syringe. Unfortunately, I actually lost 3 vials. Now that's 72 IUs and that SUCKS!
Last I heard I'd been told like 3 different bitcoin addresses and discouraged from using anything but western union to an address totally different than on the genoxon site. Basically my gut just says let it go and try someone else.

-5This place is a joke. My package came stuffed with paper towels. Couldn't understand what that was for. Got my package after 4 long weeks. No signs of preservation with cooling material was used. I ordered a KIT and got nothing but powder (no bacteriostatic water included). My name and address was written by hand, not very stealth and unprofessional. I would never trust this place and will never buy again. Eroids is corrupt for allowing this vendor continue business. SCAM

The admins from the site said my package would be here in 5-10 days after ordering and that it would be domestic shipping. This was a lie and it has been 3 weeks, no package! All they say when you email them is SIR DON'T WORRY SIR YOU WILL BE WITH YOUR PACKAGE SOON. OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Stay away from here.

Excellent support and courteous responses to the zillions of questions I had regarding the product, payment and tracking.
Everything arrived in a nice package and was completely inconspicuous.
I'll update on further progress of how the effect this gh has on my physique, but I wanted to get this review out sooner than later so that this seller could have yet another person vouch for their integrity. It does take a bit longer than you would like, but considering the quality of product, it's all worth it. To rectify this in the future, I'll just order when I have the funds instead of when i run out.

-1It's been over 2 weeks since I ordered and my product has not shipped until today. Communication was not good and service is slow. I would not recommend using this site for you gh needs. Plenty of other markets with better product.

+ 1I ordered 3 kits on the 2 +1 promo. The package arrived today and all looks good.
15 vials with 24 IU each.
The package was sent promptly. From what I can tell it was received here in South Africa within 2 weeks. Unfortunately the Post Office here in SA sucks and it took an additional 5 weeks to be delivered (not the company's fault). I'm a bit concerned about the total time unrefrigerated. The packaging for thermal purposes was minimal but anything more robust would be less discrete.

They do reply to emails quickly. For me it has been within 1-4 hours. Remember you may not be in the same time zone.

I ordered a 1 vile kit from Genoxon.com. I sent the cash and gave them my transaction number. I was told that I would be contacted with additional info within 3-6 days. It has been 7 days and I have received no updates on my order. All questions have been ignored on their end. I call this site a SCAM.

Ordered 2 NOVOTROP kits - each kit is 120IU, received 3 kits
Excellent support and communication, I have asked these guys so many questions and they always get back to you in less than 24 hours, always give good answer, give good tips of how to use the product (each Novotrop vial comes with 24IU's)
Even that I had some delays with money collection (it took them a fe days to collect - not their fault ) still I have received the product in less than 3 weeks.
packing was very good, product was packed with some protective plastic to protect the vias
All in all, it looks like a great source for HGH, I have been using several sources for HGH (all sources was selected from eroids - thanks eroids for the great work you do) there are a few great sources here.
BUT some of the sources are not communicative like Genoxon, and with this kind of product shipping and communication is extremly important ( I learned this in the hard way - I have lost two 200IU kits in the past, the kits were seized - mainly because of luck of customs related knowledge in my country )
With Genoxon you do not have these problems, they have many palces they ship from and they are extremlly communicative
I found this very important
BTW I found the Genoxon source here in eroids and again thanks eroids for the great work you do

-1I asked in my first email to them for shipping from the EU, that was an absolute requirement for me. They told me that would be no problem and they will do. So I placed an order about 360iu Novotropin and sent the payment with WU. Then then the problems took their run: They couldn´t pick up the money, because they had trouble with their receiver. I had to change the receiver name.
Secondly: I wait two weeks for my tracking number. When I got it, I saw that they didn´t sent from inside the EU as promised!
Thirdly : And the tracking history told me: Shipment was sent back to sender! I don´t no why. Shipping adress was correctly.
I contacted genoxon and describe the situation and asked them to send again, than to send as a compromise, at least half of the order . But there was no more reaction. Not just a professional behavior!!
I feel ripped.

After I placed the order I had no issues, payment was received and smooth
I received the product under two weeks shipping was excited to see that since it was an over seas source. The vials were sent in a way that was undetected and gave me confidence that a larger order would make it to me also.
I believe that good growth coupled with IGF Lr3 during your off cycle from gear will keep your making quality gains and help you to not lose your mind when those few pounds from your cycle go away. Growth causes that cell creation and gear enlarges the cell, at the doses I run I find this very affordable add on and beneficial.
