I have not received my order. Sent my BC payment to the guy and even sent a screen shot of the receipt with exact BC amount and confirmation number. The response I got just said they are moving to their new site. I have asked three times to get an update or at least a confirmation of my payment and have received 0 responses. I am glad I only tested the waters and only ordered one item. Send your BC somewhere else because all I did was lose money!

Terrible communication. Is this because of the transition? Probably.
I received my order finally after a significant delay attributed to gearbank changing their site over. He made good on it though and sent much more cialis than ordered to make up for it. I have ordered again and the communication is on point.

Gearbank has made good on the order and is now my go to for gear.
Placed an order two weeks ago. I was informed that my ticket was created and sent payment. Four days later, we were in contact and I was informed my order would be on its way. Their site was getting moved to the dark web and that slowed things down, so I wasn't worried. Now, it's been a total of 13 days since my payment was sent/received, but no goodies in the mail yet. I have tried to stay in contact with no response. Hoping things are just busy given the switch to dark web.
EDIT 2/3/17: EDIT 2/3/17: Finally got a hold of him again and was informed that they will be packing my stuff up today. I asked to be informed when the pack is shipped, so I'll keep things going and up-to-date on here. For those of you who are still waiting for their orders, I found that using the Wickr app around 9pm-12am PST worked best for communicated. I stayed past my bed time last night, but was able to get a hold of him.

B - His communication is great when he wants it to be. I think a major concern from everyone is whether this is a business or a hobby. Consistent communication would be something to work on if it is a business
C - Packs got here quick, when they were sent. GBI's operation needs a complete gutting, as unsent packs have been a consistent problem. Honestly, the ship time and packaging would get an A by themselves, but having to beg for a pack you paid for is a little annoying
2/16/17 - Finally got what I ordered today. Gbi came through. If you want something for your stash, or don't mind the risk of late t/a then this is the place to go. If you have a contest coming up then I'd make the suggestion that paying more may be worth the decreased risk of shipping issues.
Since I'm the type of person to plan ahead, I will definitely be back soon

I was hoping for a little faster TA but it was during a promo and he did get hammered at that time with orders. TA was still under 2 weeks total.

-5I placed an order on saturday and signed in as guest. I made payment on bitcoin. Also PM'd him twice on this website. I haven't got confirmation. Just not good business. Would like to get an email or something ( if possible (if not then would like a refund). UPDATED: I received this order about a week later.

Had trouble with website and couldnt communicate for a few days after order placed. I didnt have a confirmation for order. I had already paid and was worried. Ultimately, i was able to contact him through this site and order recieved.
Shipped priority. Priority package was rained on and in bad condition upon arrival. HOwever, the contents inside were packed very tightly and not damaged at all.

I have only ever used test Ethan ate and masterone ethanate. Lots of them over the past year more than enough to say that this product is beyond great.
communication seems to be on point. I downloaded an app and the response time is incredible if you think about how many people they must deal with. a day here and there is expected defiantly a 10
my labels were always on the vials perfectly you can tell that someone takes the time to labels correctly will have great product to offer. 10

Communication is ok, occasionally he is hard to get ahold of, I usually hit him up on app, i always get a response, usually pretty quickly, i have had to wait a cpl days to hear back from him before, but honestly that is still good, dudes gotta be crazy busy
T/A i have ordered many packs from GB some came really quick others not so much, but any time I have had a delay dude has hooked it up, for the prices and being domestic not having to worry about customs, this is the place to order from imho
I like working with gb, sometimes gotta wait a lil to get your pack but it is worth it, the gear is top notch and the prices are crazy good, i have had many deliveries come quick, only a cpl I had to wait a lil longer than expected but no complaints I always get my gear often times with extra gb is my source

5-12 var jollies at 80mgs split but it was to strong I lowered it to 60mgs split and it was good for me

communication was good me and gearbank spoke a couple of times.
I even got this app called wickr that I had never heard of its very convienient.
packaging was exactly what you would expect no chance of anything breaking unless the mailman ran the box over with his truck but t/a took awhile for a domestic but I think that for the cheap price it was ok to wait the 18 days I waited.
I think gearbank is a great src I have placed another order that i'm waiting on. The oils and orals were strong and the oils pinned well a very little amount of pip but this is normal for me and was nothing that was a problem. Compared to my other src who is international and is almost double the price gearbank has gear that is just as good. So as long as I get my pac from gearbank I don't mind the weight for my pac.
keep sending them gearbank and I will keep ordering.

+ 1I have ordered here a couple times and I have been very impressed. The oils are smooth and I feel great while on my normal TRT. I have not had any problems at all. I run one cc of cyp every six days. Great stuff.

Very good. Always responded with in a few hours. Other then a few questions i had there was no problem.
Nice and tight. I got my first pack in 4 days from donation and second pack in six days.
I will be getting some more soon.

+ 1Ordered with gear bank along with another company for my cycle back in February so this is long overdue but I had no issues with them. They were having a promo and I got in on it because it was at a good price.
Test prop X2 and Tren A X2
They answered and questions I had with them in a reasonable time, I'm sure he was swamped due to the good promo going on. I had some questions because my package said it was being processed for some time but assured me it was coming and I trusted that.
Package took longer than I thought it would which was about 12 day and a domestic order but it did come with some extra goodies which was awesome! Package was discreet and packed very well wrapped with bubble wrap tightly.

+ 6Order placed 9/4 still processing on site, paid with bitcoin shouldnt take more then 24hrs to process payment if that, now is 9/15 well outside stated ta and this is a prepromo order. It doesnt matter how cheap or good your gear is if the service is poor, communication sucks and you never get it what good is it.

bigmurphthis is a review for the Thorin products I used for my 12 week bulk. There were alot of problems at the time of this order here at GBI but being a man of his word made sure that everything I paid for was sent and then some.

communication between me and GBI has always been great I personally have never had a problem with reaching him or getting the information I needed.WE speak almost ed about bs and other stupid things not just gear he is a really good guy. The app and ticket system help all the communication go great.
The packaging is whats expected from a package like this discrete and secure. T/a was a long time but this was due to problems in the shipping at the time I was made aware and the pac arrived when GBI said it would.
I'm a definite customer of GBI for as long as he is around. I enjoyed pinning his gear because it pins smooth and I believe its of great quality. I even bought a filter kit from my accessories shop and not a spec of anything after filtering 40ml of npp this made me feel very comfortable about pinning thorin.
My cycle had multiple src's gear in it but i'm definitely happy I used thorin and in the future will use thorin gear for all my other then test needs only because I use pharma test.

Been a customer since December. While I have been worried at times about the order, he has come through each time. You can always hit him up on the site, or even better through the app. I was prob one of the biggest pain in the ass customers but always got my order. Response time on point with the app. Luckily have had other sources to hold me over. Overall a great source, that had to iron out the kinks before going big time.
Package was tight and wrapped 3x over. T/A got better with every order first time took several weeks, after 4th order 7 days. Cant complain. You learn after a while to always plan ahead.
Ill be using for the forseeable future, just remember order ahead, and be all set.

+ 1Small order placed 6/28, finally received order today july 23rd partially mail issue no fault of gbi, but order was missing 1 bag var jollies, so on 1 order 2 mistakes were made, gbi first missed shipping so i notified them and so they shipped it with extras they said but pack was short 1 bag var jollies, the extra test prop vial is nice, but it took a month to get a small order and its still wrong.
2 tren a, anavar jollies, jollies not received
Not bad takes 24-48 hrs for them to answer
Way past 3-5 day ta, almost 1 month, packaging was a little sloppy, not vacuum sealed so if it leaked, wrapped with bubble wrap and tin foil
Will not be ordering from gbi again, took almost 1 month to get pack and its still wrong short 1 bag of var jollies.
I ordered npp and test p during gbi's first promo last December.

Not a lot of communication needed, but the few questions I did have were answered in a timely manner.
Order was delivered in 5-6 days.
The only real issue I had was with the vial stoppers. I had several that spun loosely and one pop completely out when opening. The npp vials were also filled less than the prop. Clear difference in volume between the two. I've placed another order from this source. If everything goes as smooth as the first, I'll be pleased.
Had 2 separate orders with gearbank.
First order- 4 bottles of fast sust 300.
Second order- 4 test e and 3 tren ace.
Received 2 complementary jollies packs. One winstrol and one arimidex. They were a little messed up, but still usable. Well without even talking with GBI about it, he sent me two new perfect packs free. Total of 4 packs.
Well I personally had a lot of back and forth for a while with gbi. It was mainly due to bring told products had been shipped, when that wasn't the case. In the end it was worked out and he made things more than right.
The only complaint I would have is t/a. I'm usually very patient, and understand shit happens sometimes. My first order was stellar. To my doorstep in four days from ordering. The second, well let's just say it took almost a month. He definitely went above and beyond in compensating me though.
If your not in to huge of a hurry to get your gear, then I would recommend shopping here. I think it will eventually get worked out, and orders will be received in a timely manner.
