At first the communication was instant like the other reviews. I stated that I’d place the order in a couple of days and I was never harassed for payment which I though was a good sign. Once I placed the order and paid I was told I’d received it the next day. The next day after the post had been delivered I emailed back and was told possibly that it had missed the next day delivery time slot and I would definitely get it the next day. Guess what, next days post arrived and still nothing then I’ve had no reply’s to my emails after this.

I concur with the previous reviews regarding the speed of communication. I have never had a source respond so quickly. They have always responded to me within 20-30 minutes at the most but 10 minutes is not unheard of.
No problems whatsoever here. Delivery was next day (I ordered before 1pm (I think this is the cut-off time for same day dispatch)).
This is without a doubt going to be my new source. The guys are brilliant! Also, note that I had initially confused them for another source with a similar name so was initially skeptical as I only read those reviews after having purchased but the guy's reassured me and the package arrived on time without any issues. The best service I have personally experienced in the UK so far. Highly recommended.

Really happy with this source started using them as my previous source got busted. First time using Sphinx also and I’m very impressed with the quality and the price. I will for sure be back to use this source again.

Ok so the comms were instant literally never had a source reply so fast everytime I messaged them. The ta was next day delivery which it said on the pack they don’t charge you a big post fee and post it in the cheapest for possible so this was a nice touch. Everything was packed discreetly and safely not gonna go into much more detail than that for obvious reasons.
The turnaround time was next day special which the guy paid for like said above it was next day delivery he used for it.
Overall I really think this is gonna be my new go to uk source I really rate the Sphinx Pharma products up there with some of the big Pharma gear. It’s reasonable prices great comms which are fast and reliable fast service what more can I ask for. Totally recommend this source to anyone out there. You will not be dissatisfied.
