after running 2 IU for a few weeks (about 5 days per week) I bumped up to 3&4 IU for the skiing weekend. 3 IU was ok but 4 was too much. I didn't feel so great, I was in a weird mood and had a little bit of a headache. Now I scaled it back and running less than 2IU and feeling really good. My finger nails and beard are growing like crazy. I'm running genotropin, proviron, eating massive amounts of protein, and training hard... It's working out great for me.
