Recently I purchased some Royal Products which I was unhappy with due to the mix up with Royal products that some of you may be aware of - and voiced my concern to DFS.
He was very helpful in resolving the issue, and my new products came discreetly packaged and arrived in 8 working days.
I have yet to add these to a cycle (due to an injury I will not be cycling soon) but all products check out and are genuine, will be ordering again 100% to stock up and get ready!
