-1I ordered some stuff 4 weeks ago. They shipped the package 1-2 days after the payment but the package is stucked.
I contact them and have to deal with the reship policy now. The reship policy is not consistent on there website. In some place you read something about 4 weeks to wait ind the FAQ its 6 weeks. Its not stucked at the customs since its EU domestics. Its the local post and i cant open a research case. The local law says the contract is between the sender who paid and the local post. The sender have to open a case.
I told them to the shop but they prefer to wait. Well i already ordered the stuff from another shop and hope i will get it. I cant wait 6 weeks for a reship and then have to wait maybe another 3 weeks.
It was my first purchase and i dont like it. May be i was unlucky with the stucking but i hoped to get more support. The tracking status didnt changed since 3 weeks. The package is may lost or left somewhere in the corner.
In their FAQ´s i have to pay for the reship 50% so its seems really unfair to me. They dont bother about the actual package and about pointless waiting (the status wont change - local post told me to tell the sender to open a research case)
Its great. They answer within a day but they just repeat the FAQ and dont bother about the question.
didnt arrived. Have a tracking number which dont change since 3 weeks. Have to wait another 2 weeks for a reship

Recently I purchased some Royal Products which I was unhappy with due to the mix up with Royal products that some of you may be aware of - and voiced my concern to DFS.
