3 vials of sustanon 250.
None.
Product wasn’t shipped for 12 days after I paid. Total time from the day I paid to day I received was 20 days. Not pleased about how long it took them to ship it. I know they can’t control USPS but they didn’t have to wait 12 days after I paid to begin the shipping process. Packaging was sufficient.
Waiting 12 days after a customer pays to ship a product is a no-go for me. Will be using a different supplier next time. Don’t care if you subtract “karma” from my review, I’m only using this site to let others know my experiences.

Up until I emailed them to let them know that I have test results that show that the Organon Sustanon 250 was underdosed, and incorrectly underdosed, communication was good. Since letting them know, including emailing the test results I have heard nothing. [EDIT: Since posting this I did hear from them. The first email questioned why I posted a review without letting them know...but I had let them know. As I have explained, I tried to communicate the problem, but got no reply. The second email requested that I send photos of the amps and boxes that "if it's really something wrong with it, we need to investigate with supplier. and how do you want to solve this?" I sent the photos and and said that I would like a replacement with (tested) Sustanon 250 - it doesn't have to be Organon. I am waiting for a reply.][EDIT2: I did receive a reply from buy-as. Unfortunately for them, they don't have anymore of the lot: 0647, and therefore can't prove to their seller what I found - however, as they pointed out, "it's our problem". They said they will exchange the Sustanon for Balkan Pharma Sustanon, "and if you even test them, it would be very nice", which of course I will. With the goodwill that buy-as is showing, I will change this review to Positive, and hope that upon testing the replacement, it will stay positive.]

Last time my Package got stuck on mail service and i did not recieve my order but it wasnt their nor my fault and after i wrote with their support they took care of it, reshipped for free and everything i ordered arrived within another week after reshipping.

I made an order and a month later I did not receive my order, I contacted their support service as it's written in their website that if you did not receive the order in a month, contact them. They replied that I should contact USPS as they do not indicate the return address for security reasons. To which I replied that they had secured themselves and they offered to push me into a situation that could be threatened by the law. I received an unclear answer that not their problem.

-2I am very disappointed with the service received. It took a while to get my payment verified which I understand.
However I have received the product which I bought in bulk and the expiry date was for 9 days later.
They have offered to provide a coupon or swap the product but they do not have any products I require in stock.
They were aware of the expiry date as they confirmed in their correspondence to me and said not to worry, I can use it 6 months past expiry date, which personnalt I am not willing to risk my health for.
They have said they will not allow me to return the product and for “security” reasons they cannot refund me. I was under the assumption bitcoin is there for this reason.
So I have no in date product and they have my money. I do not understand why they would not contact me and explain that the product had a short expiry date.
I also noticed that I bought the remaining stock, and after them confirming the delay in shipping was not due to not having stock as their systems were “accurate”, all of a sudden more stock appeared.
However apparently all the new stock had the same expiry date. So beware when ordering and always query the expiry date (which in my opinion you shouldn’t normally have to)
