Communication was fine until I received my product and let him know that they were fake rips. Emails & PMs ignored when I asked for a refund.
Packing was ok received within stated turnaround time.
Bio is not willing to make things right for me so I'll just take it as a loss. Just glad I exposed him before he could scam any one else here on eroids. Stay away from bio and check out what they are saying about him on the other forums.
