Absolute scamming DOG!!!! I spent $1200 on this one over two months ago and kept giving me bullshit excuses. Now wont refund at all... I want to teach this guy a lesson, so if anyone has any details on him let me know and leave a response here.

Just thought I'd let you all know out there, I never received my re-ship from Ausroids, their re-shipping to AUS at least is dodgy!! I contacted the seller on numerous ocassions with no luck, it would take 5 emails to get 1 back from him. You can pay $10 for the same $18 product on their website elsewhere, if you don't mind your order possibly getting seized by customs and the fact that this store will NOT RESHIP to you or reply to any of your emails when you ask when on numerous weeks otherwise I would look for a local source, saves you the inconvenience.

» Just updating, I finally received my re-shipped order after a lot of emails and then after giving up I received one saying it had been re-shipped (this was also said before). Personally buy local, not only saves you the inconvenience but also the hassle of potentially getting a knock on the door by the feds.

I also had an order seized after purchasing from ausroids, prior to that everything was fine got a couple of orders in no worries! Anyway communication is really, really slow, I might have to send 10 emails before I get a response. So far I've been told that my order will be resent asap but everytime I keep on asking what date they were sent I get no response. Starting to think these guys don't keep their promises, we pay more money on their site for gen shi than other sites and if their service is gonna be like this you may as well save your time and money and shop elsewhere, they are double the price just about of any other gen shi reseller for the same products.

Really slow communication, seemed fast prior to my complaint about my order being seized and that it needs to be resent.

Packaging was fine but they shouldn't label the backs of the satchets it's pretty obvious to customs what they are.
Prior to making order there was poor communication, took almost a week to get an answer i was after. I thought he might be busy and decided to place an order.
a month later and i received a seizure letter. I have emailed twice now with a few days apart and he wont respond. so much for 100% resend gurantee.

after so much poor communication and the fact my order got seized he offered the resend. I said ok but to hold off a few days till I find a new addy. I replied to him with a new addy. never heard from him again. then all of a sudden, yesterday I received the resend but not at the new addy. at the old addy. kind of really pissed me off as that addy is the one I copped seizure and didn't want anything coming there.
all in all. I will never deal with again but I am glad im not left empty pocketed. anyone planning to use be aware. you have been warned.
