I've been a customer of Aurapharm for years. A few weeks ago I received an email from them. As I never received my previous order, I told them that I would not place a new order until this issue is resolved. They said they've been out of business for awhile and would resend my order.
Long story short, I received my overdue order and placed a new one. They say they have upped their customer support. They've been a reliable source for years, all in all, I recommend them.
If you have a negative experience before, I suggest you email them. They are fast with their response time lately.

Best price I could find. Good IOP, take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. People have more incentive to report negative experiences, and will not report resolved issues.

I have used Aurapharm numerous times in the past with no problems. This time around I placed an order on May 6th and now 44 days later, nothing has shown up. No seizure letter or pack. I emailed aura's customer service department 5 days ago and have not heard anything back. I even sent an email from a different email address in hopes that it may have gotten put in their junk folder. Still nothing. Very disappointed with Aura at this point.

I placed my order 44 days ago and have not received anything.
I was on this site looking for a good source for MK-677. I noticed the review for aurapharm.com and was shocked at the low rating. I have used aurapharm for years with no issues. Yes, the product takes a while to arrive but that is because of where it comes from overseas. The products are all legit brand name and generic drug company products. For example, I would never think to go anywhere else for cabergoline, or T3 or metformin or aromasin or clomid. Those products are very unstable in the liquid form provided by research chemical companies. I will only trust aurapharm for those kinds of products. The only complaint I would have (and it really isn't a complaint) is that they have never responded to my emails inquiring as to when out-of-stock products would be back in stock. I found out about them from an entry on a discussion post. I continue to use aurapharm to this day.

Packaging has always been good. They ship in a manner to make the package small so they remove the contents from the box but they include the original package box folded up so you can have the dosage information etc.The pills are always sealed in plastic and foil as you would expect from legit products from pharmaceutical companies

Ok so I am glad I only ordered one caber as a test, because here I am almost 8 weeks later with nothing...you can't even try to email for a bit of help because there is no one answering on the other end.
EDIT: pack arrived unexpectedly today, over 2 months later! Thanks aurapharm for not screwing me, but I won't be back...cheap price isn't worth the headache

I would never use this company again. I'd rather pay more and know when I'm getting my order then deal w this. Nearly 2 months and not a peep except that it shipped 6 weeks ago...what did it ship on, a snail?

+ 1AnonI placed an order on Dec 3rd 2013 and received an email confirmation on Dec 8 2013 stating that i had been charged for my order of 10x accutane and 3x caber... approx 7 weeks later i received a partial order of 4x accutane...
UPDATE: Feb 19 2014 received 4x accutane and 3x caber... as of now ive only been shorted 2x accutane but it has been 10 weeks since i ordered....

ive wrote several emails to aurapharm with no response... communication is non existant...
T/A is terrible you never know when to expect your pack or if you will even get it.... packaging is good if and when you do get your pack....
This company is very slow to ship your product and i would not recommend or use them again.... they shorted me some products and will not answer emails..

+ 1Ok so I'm in the same boat. I ordered on 12/14 and got email from veripay saying it shipped on the 12/21. I waited the time plus then some to see if it was the holidays. Well I have sent 3 emails and not one reply. It's not that hard to reply with tracking or something, so at this point I would say not a good source. I will update if anything changes.
So this is a update!!!!!!! I just received my order or part if it. They substituted some of the items I ordered. Took 60 days to get that is just not cool. Plus they never replied to one email. I hate it because their stuff is pharmaceutical. Bottom line I will not be using them and I would not recommend using them. If anyone reads this and has a good legit for pharmacy stuff please PM me. Thanks

+ 1Placed a order on 12/16/2013 and received a phone call from Veri-sign validating the purchase. Tried using the tracking link and said it was processed on 12/21/2013. I tried contacting aurapharm with numerous emails to no avail. Hopefully I will receive my order as some folks said it takes over a month. At least they could do is respond to my inquires.
UPDATE: I finally figured WHY I didn't receive my order.. My CC Company "Declined the charges due to Fraudulent Reports of this Website".... Since I could never get a email response, I'm thankful my CC Company declined the transaction.

jasdrapI placed an order for caber on 11/25/2013. Although I did not receive it within the 14-21 days as stated I understood due to Holidays T/A could be delayed. I contacted the company on the 21st day to advise I had yet to receive my package, they provided me with tracking details and adv it was due to holidays but should be arriving shortly. I received package on the 7th of this month.
Aurapharm was great to deal with and I would not hesitate to use them again. Great service, great product and amazing prices.. Hard to beat

Top quality support. Ordered on July 26th. Got a phone call from their 3rd party payment company to verify I placed the order and who I am. Was shipped the following day. Arrived today on the 10th, from Turkey. They must have drop shipped it considering they're in the UK. Total time from order date till receive date was 15 days, cause I ordered on a Friday night.
Packaging was simple. Came double enveloped in a padded mailer and then in a separate bubble wrap bag. Cabaser packaging was flattened for both bottles. I'm assuming to reduce bulkiness of the package.
Legit company. Great source for Caber. Best price around.

Without getting too much into payment, some online pharma's are notorious for storing your personal payment info. aurapharm prevents that by using a 3rd party company. That company is VERY professional, and even asked how my experience with aurapharm was AFTER I received my product, stating if there were issues that could be verified they would be dropped as their client. Very pleased. Will be my caber go to until they close.

The payment processor, VeriPayment, contacted me after I sent payment and about a month after I ordered to make sure everything was good. AuraPharm didn't contact me at all and I didn't contact them.
