I would like to share my experience from all orders i have done.
First of all, I am sorry for my bad English. I try my best and hope you get all information right :-)

Communication is their only weak point! It takes long time for every email, about 24 hours for every answer. If you keep in mind that you have to clear up some things before ordering, it can really take a whole week till you have finally ordered.
I also see that they don't read carefully so that they sometimes forget products from my order or they ask questions that we have already cleared up. This can be annoying because you have to wait another day for every mail...
On the other hand they will add the missing products on the next order.
They once even resent a Package that got lost by the Post. This is a BIG plus!
The packaging is ultra-save! Meds are in original boxes, so you see what you get.
If you are within Europe, the Pack will get to you really fast! No custom troubles for EU at all which is very important for me!
The price is one of the best on the marked, so altogether that makes ARL a really good joice for EU mates and ppl from oversea who have some time to wait.
My favorite brand!

+ 1People complain about ARL's communication but he has always communicated great for me in the many times Ive used him over the years. I have had a couple of order errors and he is always quick to take of me. I dont expect him to reply immediately though and if he takes 2 days or so i am cool with that. Its all about expectations. Anyways last shipment took 2.5 weeks to get here. He communicated great once again, sent me my tracker in a week. 10/10 purchase
Test Eth 250mg, Eq, Winstrol tabs, HCG.
I know it takes him a couple of days to get back and I am ok with that. He has went the extra mile always making things right so I dont worry about it.
Packaging like Ft Knox. Never had an issue here.
Very happy with ARL. I have used him for years and always had a great experience. Just exercise patience and he will take care of you.

Whole process took somewhere month.Had small issue with payment ,but fixed everything quickly
Shipping by itself took not more than 10 days
Package was very well and safe wrapped ,took a lot to open it,so everything came without crushed bottles
Cant wait to try their tren

It's how they are.. I email tonight then the next day or two I get a reply then 5 days later I get will ship email.. 4 days from that I get tracking and within a week from that it's here on east coast.. Only thing I hate is I have to sign for it.
I've been using these guys for 2 years bout every three months I send them a boat load of my money and trust them completely.. Now I just pray they stay honest people unlike most sources!

-1Let me first start out by how much I love ARL and their gear. I have ordered from them many times before with no issues. With that being said this past order has been hell. Three weeks ago I placed a sizable order with ARL. I typically do not mind the delayed emails/communication when everything is OK but when there is an issue it infuriates me. My money has been sitting with WU for over two weeks. I responded to ARL like i always do and low and behold 72 hours later they respond with a one line answer saying "Bro can you change WU name" I replied back "No, Are you still able to process order" then another 72 hours later they replied back "Bro its ok we still process order". Now it has been over 3 weeks money is still with WU and no tracking information. ARL please contact me ASAP to resolve this issue.

Communication and Support were as can be expected. I've dealt with ARL before so it was nothing unusual for me, emails were replied to within 48-72hrs, but never beat around the bush, and was straight up! When missing items were brought to ARLS attention, i was reassured and sent more emails regarding the situation.
Took exactly 2 weeks to obtain. packaging was very discreet and very well secure! Nothing broken, not a single scratch!
This review as been well overdue, but finally done with entire cycle. ARL has been by far the best source and best quality ive used in my various sources that ive tried. If you have patience and dont need to have the gear on hand promptly then try ARL, you wont be sorry!! if youre on a tight nudge and need gear asap, then no, ARL will take a while, however it is well worth the wait!!! I will definitely be ordering more from ARL,

everyone know they are not the best in this part , maybe the worst part but for me was fair enough i wasnt on hurry , 72 to get reply great , thier support i had no problem at all to see how they solve my problem great too .
the T/A for me its really great . paid 27 got my gear 8 next month. 2 weeks but im located in EU ,i did 2 orders with them so far im really ok with thier T/A.
As on of the guys said if you are on hurry they are not what you are looking for , but thier gear worth the waiting they have great products . finally im very satisfied about my cycle .

+ 1The Tren Ace is still hands down the best I've ever taken to date. The Cyp is great too, always had me energized and libido high. Had a buddy pinning 1cc of the same cyp 3 times a week and his Test levels were 2600+ when he had bloodwork done. The EQ was a nice addition and definitely hardened me up some.

Communication is slow but they always get back to me eventually. If you are the nervous type and need immediate contact or someone to hold your hand throughout the process, then these aren't the guys for you. Other than that, Its a reliable source. On one of my orders I was missing arimidex and they said they ran out but would send as soon as they had it in stock, and they did. No problem.
T/A has been between 18 and 21 days southern US. Packaging is discreet and rock solid. Never had a single broken vial.
Like I said above, if you are the nervous type you may want to order elsewhere but Im sticking with ARL. A few members have recently posted mass spec result on many of the ARL product line and everything tested came back either right on or over dosed. Even the anavar and primo (the most common to be under dosed or faked) were right on the money in respect to dosing

Probably the only turn off for me, he must be busy but fund pickup took along time and getting reply's is inconsistent at least for me. Its not a huge issue if you dont care about updates or have questions or a problem.
Packaging was very stealth wouldn't of guessed what it was without opening which took me 10 minutes to do cause its well done.
Not a bad source just dont recommend for someone who wants updates or places big orders needing it within a semi short time frame.

Communication is a bit slow. Usually it takes a couple days for him to answer. But this is not my first order, so I know how it goes with this source.
T/A is usually 2 weeks. The package as always very secure packed, never had broken vials, It takes some time to open the package. Arl takes it very serious.

+ 1My first experience with ARL was being part of a HUGE order placed by a friend in another state. Within three weeks the product was shipped to my friend and then to me. I received my Nolvadex, 2 vials of Test E 10ml, and 2 vials of Tren E. The product was so good I knew I'd place the next order from ARL myself.
I was looking for a pricelist for ARL online and found two so I emailed for ordering information and a link to the correct pricelist. I got a response within 2 days with all directions on how to order.
I got my Moneygram paid for and placed my email order on a Saturday which I have to admit is nerve-racking when you just sent $676 to China from the US to someone you hope is an honest business, last thing you want is to tell your order buddies that you just lost their money. I know they work Monday through Friday so I expected an email delay from the time I ordered. Monday afternoon I received a brief email saying "we ship in 4-5 days". I thought to myself, that's it? I chalked it up to the business it is and crossed my fingers. I kept watching my Moneygram and I believe it was picked up that Tuesday. The order was placed on Saturday August 22nd and I received it Tuesday September 8th. 3 Sundays and the Labor Day holiday put my delivery at 12 actual business shipping days minus the Sunday before I got my "shipping" email from ARL. That is amazing, Europe to Florida in what was in actuality probably 10 days from when they really shipped.

Everything was packaged like someones life depended on this delivery, nothing had a chance of breaking or being detected. Seriously my package of "cosmetics" from Europe could not have been any more secure........or harder to open. Very much appreciated.
Bottom line is, the products are AMAZING, the prices are AMAZING, the shipping time is AMAZING, the communication as far as letting you know exactly when the product ships could be a little better but keep in mind what this business is dealing with, a Schedule 3 substance here in the U.S. even though it shouldn't be.
ARL has my business for life as long as they are around, and in my experience a company this good will never go away. I even went as far as to email them afterwards to thank them for such great service.
You won't be disappointed with ARL.

I'm going to share my experience with arl to my fellow eroidians. I've been a customer of arls for a long time but as a long time customer but, I think it's time he and I have a little intervention amongst the community.
Test E and primo
This is where this sources is lacking. Look Arl is a good guy, honest and trust worthy but there comes a point and time where you bite off more than you can chew. I placed an order for A couple bottles of test e and some primo. The ordering process was placed correctly but then I noticed my money sitting at the agent location. Several days went by and i emailed arl. I did not get a response for five days and he was answering me with one word answers like, "soon" "ok" then out of nowhere i get an email saying that i did not tell him what i had ordered. it took about 17 days to collect funds and finally ship and i never order during a promo because his prices or so good that i don't see the logic of saving a few bucks for all that traffic. I have emails making me look like a crazy ex girlfriend harassing him for attention. My anxiety was through the roof and i try to live a humble peaceful life but Arl made our relationship a little stressful.
i practically needed a blow torch for a safe. Took about 31 days from payment sent to product arrival which I'm ok with.
Look, I'd be shocked if you found better products for the money but you need to be patient with this man. He needs to hire someone for communication because that's where he is severely lacking. Not because he chooses to just because of the volume of orders.

It took about 3 days after I sended my request for an order. They responded with the fact that it was busy. I fully understand this ofc. After 2 days again I had recieved payment details. I understand the fact that they were busy, and I wasn't actually in a hurry to make an order so I didn't mind the waiting.
From confirmation to delivery was about 6 days (living in Western EU) so fairly fast. The packaging was unreal since I had to bring out a knife to open the good stuff.

Communication was far from great, but I think most people know that by now with this source. Usually 4 to 7 days to respond to my email. Support wasn't great either but in the end they did offer to reship so I can't complain much.
Ordered from last promo and took around 50 days to get it. We couldn't figure out what was going on and then one day finnaly landed.after stopping in a few counties.
I felt it was good gear no pip orals hit hard just some rough communication and unpleasent T/A
