I have ordered several times by arl and I never had any problems, except for the slow communication. Last order were missing the products, and I DO NOT HAVE NEVER ARRIVED! DO NOT RESPOND TO MAIL, and if they do after two months I expect my products, they are to be pissed! They have stolen time, money, and patience.
I am a webmaster, and publish this my bad experience anywhere.

Ive been extremly patient with arl, because ive used them muiltple times with no issues, but this is bullshit. I ordered oct 4 and sent 560usd. I didnt hear shit from them until i said i was gonna write a bad review, aprox. 3 weeks after i placed my order. They told be they shipped my package but couldnt find the tracking #( sounds like bullshit) but he said he'd resend it. I was hopefull, but that was 2 weeks ago and again no responses to my emails. Regadless if i get my shit or not, this is a bullshit business that treats their costumers like shit.

Ordered my second time from arlrussia, because quality and costs are really good.
The first time I got everything I ordered.
The second time I ordered things for about 700 Euro.
Package arrived well within 2 weeks after my order was made.
Unhappily I did not get everything from my order.
There is missing an item with a value of 200 Euro.
I already wrote arl about three times, that there is missing a important thing for me.
The last reply from arl was about one month ago, that they are checking it.
Then I heard nothing again from them, although i wrote them two more times the last 4 weeks.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ARL!!!

The product arrived well protected and in perfect condition, 10 days to withdraw funds and 15 days to my doorstep in spain.

+ 1I took at vantage of their last "special" and spent a good amount of money and they sent me everything except for the 3 free anavar that I ordered. Then they just told me they would ship it next time like it was no big deal... that screws up my whole cycle. I ordered over 20 products and then they tell me I have to make another order to get me free stuff from the previous order.....

YES the communication is slow sometimes it feels almost non-existent but it is certain. They WILL get back to you and you WILL receive your order. Just plan ahead, can NOT expect things instantly to appear because YOU need them tomorrow. AGAIN PLAN AHEAD.
Received one package of the 100ml bottles. Bottles were incognito as massage oils ( must contact them for codes ) **** ALSO these are glass 100ml bottles, do not open the caps upon receiving until ready to transfer to contained sterile vials to avoid contamination. Be prepared and have filtration system as well
Second package was received I would say about a week later which contained all the tabs. Package was secure and safe, protected well.
From second package I was missing 3 Aromasin tabs and 3 Clen tabs however they did say they would resend and I am currently waiting on this,
ARL will remain a consistent go to when viable.

Communication can be slow. They take their time, but you will always receive an answer. Patience is the key.
I received my package within a month after ordering. After they sent it, the arrival of the package was quite fast (ordered to Europe)! The packaging itself is top notch. The way they package their stuff i bet it could survive a nuclear bombing. Literally took about half an hour to open it. Its also very stealth!
I'll never gone use anything else until they producing quality stuff like this. Only source i completely trust! Thank you ARL!

I do recommend this supplier. My review will be based on the liquid Anavar injection.

The rep for supplier does take about 1 to 2 days to respond. This is normal and has been like this since I have been on eroids. So be patient with response time, he will get to you.
Turn around time was fulfilled within 21 calendar days. Packaging was fortified in a maze of good taping which took a good 20 minutes to unravel with a knife.
This is one of the few sources that carries liquid anavar. IMO this form of anavar serves the advanced user well when the dosage is dialed in properly.

Generally they're quite slow , but once my stuff get shipped i receive them within 7-10business days.
Regarding communication , I usually receive a reply from them within 3-7business days and i get my tracking code 3-5business days after shipment.
Also i would like to mention that once i had an issue with an hcg order and they did reshipped it for free once there was stock available.
The items are always well packaged and very discrete.I always have to spent a couple of minutes to unpack the whole thing ;)

Got a prompt email after sending money saying that it was received and 4 days later a ship email, but then after 18 days of not receiving anything I sent an email asking for a tracking number which took a while to get answered. I became nervous but finally received a tracking number a few days later and my fears were calmed. The package came about 8 days after receiving the tracking.
25 days from time of payment is very long but with their prices and quality it is worth planning ahead and using this source! The packaging is among the best I have seen, with multiple layers of packaging protecting the tightly bubble wrapped bottles.

I have not had any of the communication problems with ARL that some of you talk about. I have been doing this a long time and I know patience is key. They respond to my order in a few days. Then once I pay they send an email letting me know when my pack is going out, and when it goes out I have gotten tracking #s each time.
Always been less than 2 weeks. (International)

Surprisingly not to bad. Everyone says it takes him a while to respond but never went more than 2 days without a response and very helpful but I will say each time tracking would be provided and I asked again each time for it. On my first order I received tracking but did not on my second.
Packed like the usual parcels with 309747 layers to keep my products nice and comfortable and safe for travel lol
First order I have a couple vials tops leaked and he handled it like a complete professional and treated me amazingly by sending new vials of that product! Who else has done that for their customers that's amazing service in my opinion!
