Long time AML customer, and was always VERY pleased, until 2024. Placed an order 3 months ago and the experience has been the polar opposite of everything I experienced with this supplier in the past. Experience went like this:

1. Placed the order waiting a week, heard NOTHING.
2. Emailed their customer service rep ("AML Kate"), whose contact information I had from years' prior
3. Took a few days, finally heard back. This reply timeline is atypical from past orders. In the past, both "Kate" and "Boss" have been very responsive. Response indicated that they've been having problems with seized shipments, and that they wanted me to know that as they want to be transparent (this is a positive thing, in and of itself).
4. Something about the verbiage and tone of the email seemed suspicious. I went back and cross-compared to previous emails, and it is definitely someone different behind the keyboard. Again, not a big deal in and of itself - it is highly likely due to the nature of the business that it was never really someone named "Kate" behind the keyboard.
5. Based on the above suspicions (two things that, in and of themselves wouldn't necessarily be an issue) I decided to dig a little deeper. For some context here, I'm a long-tenured cybersecurity expert. I checked the headers of the email, which is something fairly easy for anyone to do. The email is NOT coming from the same location (Canada) as it did in years' past. In fact, the email reply I received came from outside North America.

I cannot say for certain what is going on here, but I can say that 3 items that raise concerns lead me to no longer trust this supplier.

Regarding their issue with items being seized coming into the US, this isn't a surprise to me. The first order I placed with this supplier years ago was professionally and discretely packaged. They packaged the "goods" separate from the labels, as one example (labels came via USPS envelope on a separate schedule). The last order I received from them roughly a year ago was not packaged with the same focus on discretion - they actually placed the labels in the SAME package. This seems to indicate a bit of laziness on the supplier's part.

This sight is the worst! Customer service is horrible! Any time I tried to communicate it took at best 5 business days to get a response. I didn't receive my order of almost $400 and patiently waited for over 7 weeks trying to get it situated. Kate, the person in customer service told me on multiple occasions she would look into my order. She told me the first time it got lost and she would re ship per their policy. I waited 2 weeks and still nothing. I emailed Kate back and she told me she would look into it again. I waited a few days and asked for a status update and she didn't respond. I waited another few days and emailed again.... Nothing. Finally I told her I was upset because this stuff is time sensitive and I was now out of gear with no PCT. She said she was sorry to hear I was upset and that she would check on my order. (What, I thought u already did that?) Anyways, I waited another few days with no update and told her I feel scammed and I would like a refund or confirmation of my order being sent. No response. I emailed her earlier this week and told her if I didn't get a response I was going to let others know not to use this sight because I got scammed. No response! I just wanted my product or a refund. DO NOT USE THIS SIGHT!

Very solid supplier.
