Im up 8lbs on the scale since the EBC and dropping fat too. Getting my chest, delt and neck veins poppin. Not lean enough to do a backflip yet but still pushing.

Size up, strength up and feeling great.

Stripping down the chub and pushing to get back to where i was lil over a year ago. Its been tough but fun for sure. Lost near 40pounds in the ebc and back up 8lbs while still leaning out. Got lots more to go but feeling great. Thank you big bro!!! Its always good to hear from you

Sure it wasnt easy this summer working outside. It was a brutally hot summer. Not sure how you got your meals and training in on top of work.

Lots and lots of chicken. Wont spoil in the heat and steamed veggies stay pretty solid if not overcooked. Was not easy at times as heat plus var kills appetite so i just force fed if needed. The veggies really kept my energy sky high.

I feel great at gym in am workouts but definitly get a quick nap before work. Im usually up around 6am and in bed next dat 1am...so long long days. I was at 1.5iu but doing a short bump to 3...then back to 1.5.

I felt the best when i went crazy with the green veggies in the meals. Going back to that route at payday. Mixed in green beans, broccoli, asparagus steamed or flash fried. Energy was sky high

Mainly crunches. Sets of 20 reps til fried. I try to keep it at 3x a week along with calves, same style

Not trying to tell your granny how to suck eggs bro but barbell twists really help with that v- shape bro.......might be worth 15 minutes a day and I'll guarantee you'll notice the difference within a week or two.
