any have adivce on how to build my pecs faster? I do 4 days 2 heavy push/pull (4-6 reps) then 2 hypertrophy 10-15ish range bench, squat, military press, pullups, weighted dips and deads are the basics of all workouts with different accessory lifts depending on the day.Cardio is between 3-8 hrs a day (work related not a choice, general laborer at the moment). diet is clean approx 1900 cals a day 45, 30, 25 protein carbs fat, 1 cheat meal every 3-4 weeks.last dexa scan had me at 169 at 11%down from 220ish and who knows what %t back in january. pecs are growing and are symmetric but it seems like they're the slowest thing changing. Am i doing something wrong or just impatient?
RivaMy push days look like this
1.Bench press 5 sets, lets say you rep 225 for 10
First set would warm up for 20 reps
2nd set would be 110 for 15
3rd set would be 160 or something for 15
4th set would be 225 for 10
5th set would be a max effort set for 5 reps with something like 275? Idk
Incline bench press 4 sets, 3 straight sets with a weight you can barely do 12 reps with, 4th set you half that weight and go max reps
Peck deck or cable flyes 3 sets 12 - 15 reps
Something like a hammer strenght flat bench press 3 sets for 10-12 reps
Then some delt work
And after all is said and done you do some dips 3 sets for max reps.
Would this be the setup for a once a week split or could I do this more than once a week?

Legs once a week go all out though.
I also add some light extra side and rear delt werk on saturdays or sundays at home. But no seperate shoulder day.
Check your recovery this volume might be too much. You can cut the volume in half or 3/4 on the 2nd push pull days

25mg a week. doc moved me up to 60mg a week, wants me in the 690-800 range. pin weekly sub cut or im, doc prefers that i do subq because recent studies have proven anabolics are better metabolized subq but i have 25g 5/8ths and at 11% there are very few places i can go subq without going in at an angle which isn't advisable. I rotate sites, thighs, glutes,pecs, shoulders,biceps, repeat not exactly in the order but those are the spots I use. Also to address the elephant in the room, why ugl? because "nonbinary" wasn't a recognized class eligible for hrt until about a year ago here. You either had to be one or the other; i started ugl after a year 1/2 of research and after a few law changes and policy changes at my job eventually found and endo that would take me. half my gear is prescribed and when insurance doesn't cover I keep ugl t on hand. Any other questions?

Thats about what the blood levels are saying as well. low for a dude and high for a chick.
My wife will get levels that high at the peak effect of her testosterone pellets ( post menopause )
Bexton, are you happy with the effect of that test level? You are not gonna see much masculinity at that level.
yeah I'm happy, you'd be surprised at 193-200ish I pass for male 50/50 which was the goal anf pre t I'd been lifting for a decade so adding onto an already lean muscular frame has leveled me out towards either which was the goal. Though with just a quick glance one would think i was male on second evaluation question marks start to appear and I let them decide and roll with it. Both or neither; that's all I want.
Plus with proper nutrition, training, and top surgery I'd pass with no problems shirt on or off though my uncharacteristically female hip structure f@cks my otherwise perfect aesthetic.
OK. That's a LabCorp female reference range 20-49 yr. 4x higher than reference range. Nonbinary FTM so female. My guess she's doing 20-25mg a wk.
Megat883 spot on guess, nonbinary starter dose is 20-25mg weekly or 40-50 ever 10-14 days; you know your stuff! also please don't call me she, thanks.

then para pharma test c 25mg weekly 8ish months
now at 40mh test c weekly next blood test is in February
he wants me at 60mg at week which is still rather low but I'm not aiming to look 100% male rght now my name is way too effeminate and it would cause major problems so until it's officially changed i look like a 20 something male, or a question mark, or female it just depends on whether one knows my name or how my hair is styled. though hair is a crap shoot because mine is male short n not a female pixie cut so I don't get how I keep getting caught by that.

Para pharama test c for the last 8ish months as anaboliclab show'd their most recent batch at the time to be more accurate in terms of dosing than dragon or apla.
Presently have balkan 200/ml and official mfg perrigro test c 200mg/ml.
