+ 2 Strange pre cycle bloodwork?

ad

So I got my bloodwork back today and it seems a little weird to me. First off I've never ran a cycle but plan on doing so soon, so I got the base level blood work done.
As you can see in the picture, my ast sgot and estradiol is high. Figured my test level would be low because my estradiol is high but that doesn't seem to be the case?
My first cycle will be simple, 500mg test e a week split into two doses, clomid and nolva for pct and I have arimidex on hand as AI which looks like I already need it for some reason. Any help would be appreciated

Buddy you have great blood results. Estrogen is fine and nothing to worry about. Just so you know when you go over to the AAS there is no turning back so keep that in mind.

Are you planning to compete?

How old are you?
Training history?

Thanks man! The estro is definitely what was worrying me about the blood work. And yes I'm aware of the lifestyle after jumping on.
No I don't plan to compete. I like that aspect of it, its just not for me.
I'm 27 now. 185lb, pretty lean.
I trained for 2 years before I took about 2 years off. I've been back at it now for a year and a half. I just feel like I'm not getting the results I want.

I'd be riding that gravey train with those naturally high test levels. Estro levels tend to mimic test levels so with naturally high test levels you could likely infer higher estro levels. I would think you are feeling perfectly fine so don't go screwing things up by taking something to lower your estro. If I was bulking those are the exact estro levels I would be shooting for, estrogen is anabolic too you know. Hate to see you run a cycle now and then never be able to recover those naturally high test levels. That would be a shame and your quality of life could likely take a big hit. I am surprised you are not bigger than you are given the positive bloodwork I see. You need to reassess your diet/training cause you should be growing like a weed if those are dialed in coupled with your awesome natty numbers. Running a cycle isn't going to make up for that.

Also, with my current test level being so high already, what are the chances it won't bounce back with a proper PCT? Even if it didn't go all the way back up to high 800s, wouldn't I still be in pretty good condition?

If I was a betting man I would be betting that they won't bounce back to those levels. Every cycle is going to chip away at you. Hell there have been members here who have done everything correctly and after their first cycle they are now trt patients. You are always playing russian roulette with your HPTA when running a cycle.

Thanks for the compliments man. I'm sure I would be bigger if I hadn't taken so much time off. Before I took time off I was only lifting for 2 years. Right now I'm back into it about a year and a half, 6 days a week at the gym 1 body part per day. And I feel like my diet is pretty much on point, if you wanna read my reply down below about that. I just don't feel like I'm growing as fast as I should, especially now after people are telling me my numbers are good. I didn't expect my test to be that high honestly.
And I know a cycle isn't just going to automatically do the work for me, but I feel as if I do put in the right amount of work. I've lost 2 gym partners just because they didn't want to work that hard anymore lol.
Idk, I will consider all information given by people on here, I know you guys know what you are talking about. Thanks man

Dude.... please dont cycle. You are only 25 (if that is your real age), you have fantastic natural test levels.
At 6ft and 185 you've got to be extremely skinny which says to me that you haven't done anything solid in terms of training or nutrition, all of which in turn which means you definitely don't have any business messing with your hpg system.

You need to jog on, and invest some real time in both the kitchen and the gym before going anywhere near compounds that could stop you probably still developing brain (approx mid 20's +/_ a year in most).

That said, good news on the estro reading, read link below, but for peace of mind get tested by another methodology per article

I knew that was coming lol. I'm 27 tho. And I'm not extremely skinny, I'm just low bf. My biceps are 16 1/2". Not huge I know but I know what I'm doing in terms of lifting and diet. After taking a couple years off from the gym for personal issues, I've been back in for about a year and a half. Thanks for the link tho I'll check it out

Ahhh! well Im glad you are older and experienced, that's brill.

See Mak's advice above ... it's gold, it really is.

16.5 for a lean non AAS guy is very good in my opinion. Imagine what you could do if you really dialled in a bulk and took the training aspect to the next level. Imagine if you had the knowledge of a bodybuilder like Mak and others on here. If I was you. I'd consider doing some real work on your testosterone and other hormones like shbg etc, see how far you could push your natural levels up all-the-while learning more and preparing... then hit 2-210, 220lbs lean, and then took things to the next level? I mean with your numbers I think thats possible, particularly considering what you have already achieved in a relatively short time (including time out)...

Lots of men on here would be jealous of you right now (no homo)

Thanks for all the info! And thanks for the compliments on my natty levels Smile
I feel like my diet is pretty on point already tho, I eat every 3 hours, I work at a restaurant so the food is always there. Eggs, chicken, lean beef, veggies, brown rice and oats is what most of my meals consist of.
As for training, I hit the gym 6 days a week, 1 body part per day and shoulders twice a week because they are lacking a bit. Some days I end with 20 min on the stair master, some I don't.
I do appreciate the advice and will consider it. I have all the gear ready to go and the pct as well. Maybe I'll save it for a winter bulk or something.
