+ 1 Self pic need advice on diet!

Currently only on 250mg of test 1 a week need advice on a cut trying to lose about 15 to 20lb of fat currently on a regular diet including carbs fats protein I usually eat when hungry. I'm 27 and 5,10 weight is about 200lb. Need advice on nutrition.

Can you give some specifics of your current diet? Any description of the macros or the number of meals and what they consist of?

Yea about 1,700 calories are from just protein from chicken ,egg whites or tilapia and about 1,000 from carbs are from potatoes,oats or cream of rice and fats I usually don't add however it adds up!

So roughly 425g protein, 250g carbs, and some unknown amount of fat. Well firstly I’d suggest figuring out that fat officially just because it’ll make this all more accurate. Aside from that I’d say lowing that protein amount, 2.1g per pound of body weight is a ton.

Got it! I will start today I was thinking of starting of at 1800 calories a day just for this week and see how it goes. Ima keep my meals even about 4 meals 50/50 protien and carbs.

1800 calories is too fucking low man, you just need to work your macros around and up cardio (assuming you’re not doing a ton)

Are you doing cardio. Or just focusing on diet

Um no I've not added any cardio yet but ima be adding in 30min ever day at the end of my workout and ima be focusing on my diet

Keep your calories high and let the cardio do it’s work. Once you hit a plateau up the intensity of the cardio and then if you plateau again then I’d suggest lowing food, but keep food as high as possible while losing the most fat if possible
