Been trying to bulk. Currently running bold cyp amd tren a and test. So far im up a few pounds shy of 190. Im 5'7, 5' 8 with shoes on lol. Pounding lots of good food and been getting great pumps super satisfying workouts.

Havnt hit 190 yet even when im stuffed full of carbs and fully hydrated. I fluctuate between 181 and 186 depending on time of day how much im sweating ect....im hoping within the next 4 to 6 months i will hit 190.

When i run his stuff i seem to get the most compliments and gains. Im hitten chest as we speak.lol!! High reps is how i train....

High reps is what works for me also. I like rich pianas feeder work outs. 15lbs dumbells. 100 curls and 100 skull crushers, 1 set 100reps.added 1inch to my arms in 60 days.
