Go to a anti-aging clinic. They will help but always cost more.

+1 for bloods. I'd like to know if you've ever ran a cycle before and if so what your numbers were then

i would go see a doctor before you begin... just to be safe. You have never been on cycle before? thats a shitty number my friend

Yea tell me about it, I did go to the doctor in December because ever since I had my gallbladder removed my energy levels have just been low. When he ran a blood test, my testosterone was around 390, and he didnt really seem to care about that number and wanted me to go take a sleep test next.

BeastMode5085's picture

well I can tell you that the 390 was still in the "normal range" so they won't do shit about it. If I were you, i'd seek out an endocrinologist and bring in the bloods for him to see. I would hold off on a cycle until you get this squared away. Screw the primary care, they won't touch you even in the low end of the "normal range". You are clearly below it so you should be fine now.

How do you feel?

Another question would be if I go see an endocrinologist, and they give me a cream to take or shots, how long do you think I should wait to start a cycle?

Solid advise Beast. He doesn't even know what IS causing these low levels. Why was your gallbladder removed in the 1st place? Stones? A cycle is going to increase your cholesterol and make a stone condition worse. What do your liver values , bilirubin look like. To many unanswered questions to just jump on a cycle that may make your condition worse. Just saying.

I know you said you've never done a cycle. But have you done any over the counter pro hormones???

GravelPit's picture

Had the gallbladder removed because it had sludge in it and would give me pain when I had Mexican or hibachi food. Now the doctor i went to a month ago did check that stuff since I told him I felt like that after I had it removed and he said all the liver stuff looked good. So I didnt really see the point in getting that test again when It was done in December and where I work at, they check our blood glucose, and cholesterol at the beginning of every year. Cholesterol was at 144 mg/dl

And nope never taken any pro hormones, all i have ever taken is protein and creatine. But I only take protein now.

If I were you, I would do 2 things. If you have insurance, go get a physical and routine blood work to see your cholesterol and liver values. At the same time, go to an endo and see if he can work with you on your test levels. You really got to figure out whats going on before you hit the sauce my friend. Trust me, its better to get this worked on before you start adding gear. The problems get more complex if you start adding your own medication in

BeastMode5085's picture

and if you dont have insurance... go to privatemdlabs and buy some work ups that have the liver/cbc info on it

I got my yearly physically in February so I will get the blood test from that.
Also will check into an endo and see what they come up with. Now dont know if you saw my question above, if they do put me on a cream or shots, how long do you think i should wait before I do a cycle?

fusebox's picture

If they put you on trt they more than likely will be pulling bloods every 4-6 weeks to get you dialed in on dosage. So I would guess your looking at a year plus. But I wouldn't be concentrating on that I would be working on getting that stabilized and then start looking into your first cycle. Good luck

BeastMode5085's picture

agreed, I went to my endo for my thyroid and he tested everything about every 4-6 weeks for about 8 months. They tinker with dosing until they get you exactly where they want. at that point you can revisit the idea of gear. Any sooner and you run the risk of complicating your diagnosis

Starting to see that, I feel fine expect some days I got low energy and no sex drive like one week out of the month.
