protocol with 10iu its classic and old school but i would like to try numbers with standart dose which was 4iu and also dacky was asking if i can do it for his research.. i can do 10-15iu retest anytime
The general protocol for the serum test, if I remember correctly, is 10 iu 3.5 hrs prior to draw while fasted. The fact that you did less than half that may explain the unimpressive number. Your igf numbers look good, although I would expect higher simply based on previous testing of MGT products. Do you have baseline numbers?

Usually yes, 10iu 3 hours before blood draw. Here we may expect something like 15-16ng/nl which is "OK"
But GH serum never been representative test, I don't know why the people expect some numbers from this test, this test shows only that HGH present inside the product you use.
That's why we made the test for GH-serum. I posted here, but I will do it again

About IGF - IGF conversion is very complicated process which is based on a lot of things in your body. Here we just see the guy who react normally and this process works good enough

the reason why i get serum test aswell was it costed me literally nothing so why not? im glad it come very positive and will put new order soon as i have some stash like 4-5boxes left but GH is allways needed

sorry no idea about baseline ... i was asking about analysis method they told me CLIA and analyzed by Immulite 2000XPi siemens
EDIT: im sorry for misleading protocol was 5 days in 2 days off 4iu .. really sorry like tuesday and saturday off

Really no reason to waste 10ius on GH serum
We know this product is real somatropin
6.21 ng/mL is elevated (4iUs)
My resting GH serum is normally 0.1 ng/mL
(GH elevation occurs in pulses and is impossible to time the serum testing when it occurs naturally)
IGF1 result looks really good
