How are you?
I hope all people fine.

Please, check my Ideas.

I do it now. ( 8 week)

I want to groooow, but no with fat:)

I use now: (8week ago)
500mg Sustanon
200mg Drosta-E / week

And 1-4 week use 30mg dbol/Day.

My eat:

Breakfast:
50g rice flakes
1 serving of protein
1 teaspoon peanut butter
100gr of forest fruit

lunch:
180g chicken breast
80g rice
vegetable pie

before training
4 slices of rye toast bread
100g (100% meat) chicken ham
vegetable pie.

during training:
bcaa + glutamine

after workout:
protein + 1 banana

30 minutes later:

180g chicken breast
300g potatoes
vegetable pie

dinner:
1 tuna (60g)
2 boiled eggs

Quality weighting is the goal !!
What do you say, gentlemen?

workout:

Monday: Breasts
Tuesday: Back biceps
Wednesday: Leg( my legs not to good, but i want to comp. In Mens Physique )
Thursday: shoulder triceps
Friday: Breast.

Your breast, arms, shoulders look pretty good. You need to make back and legs priority for awhile. Include heavy work like deadlifts, bent over rows, squats
Maybe something like this
Day 1: Squats (back, front, hack, sissy etc, not all at once, vary) Leg Press, Weighted Lunges

Day2: Biceps, Triceps

Day 3: Off

Day 4: Breast (bench, flyes, dip)

Day 5: Back, Hamstrings (Deadlifts, Bent Over Rows, Pull Ups, Good Mornings, Stiff Legged Deadlifts)

Day 6: Shoulders, Calves, Abs. You could put Shoulders and Abs on Day 2 with Arms if you want the weekend off. Maybe Calves on Day 1 with Quads.

A lot of groups on Day 2 that way, but they're small muscles so not a huge drain. Also, arms and shoulders already a strong point, so a little less volume in terms of sets for 8 weeks won't put you back. Plus they are getting indirect work anyway

Day 7: Off

Do this for 8 weeks and add some protein. Maybe eat boiled eggs between meals. Don't be afraid of the yolks. I think in 8 weeks you will be happy with progress

I’m happy to read that I have muscle groups that are good!

As I wrote, for now, Mens Physich would be the goal, so that’s why I was afraid to train my legs more in a week!

Your shape looks good, kind of got a Wesley vissers kind of a look to your frame.

I saw you’re trying to stay lean while bulking. It’s doable but you’ll never be able to get really big that way. If your goals are just men’s physique though then you can probably get away with it.

Eat and grow man, you’re still pretty young, let’s see what you look like in five years.

Looking good man if ur serious about men's physic, ur gunna need to bring up everything looks like u got pretty decent ab insertions, but ur deff gunna have to bring up ur overall back in density, thickness, and detail other wise ur looking soild MR. Breast

Anytime man u got a good base dude u look good, one day ull love to train legs u'll see ..... I use to hate it cause it was my worst and weakest body part I started from literally terrible legs man just takes time and food don't go crazy and rush..... Ur well on ur way

Regardless of not being too muscular, I like to train my legs too, but they have a hard time developing. But i should never give up !!! to be done! l
