Ok so getting back into shape had to much time off training the joys of being a dad took over, been back at it a few months now compleatly natural lost 15lb from 17.4 now 16.3 starting to take shape again decided on adding some nice gh to start with also gonna run some clen from enhanced not going back on a full cycle until im compleatly happy with my shape my diets now on point ill post a detailed write up when i get chance and maybe a before pic
