+ 14 MASS SPEC HYGETROPIN FROM GORILLAGEAR

This one is for a black top HGH that is a name brand from hygetropin.cn with the label on it. It shows a batch number of 20131021 and an expiration of 2015.09. This one came in very close to fishers perfect specimen and only missed it by 21 daltons. A very miniscule amount. This is a high quality product according to this mass spec and appears to be worthy of the hygetropin name.

I always see these mass spec on generic HGH , seems it's always around 22145 Dalton's.
Could this be because there are 192 amino acids and not 191? Maybe one amino acid are those 21 extra Daltons? Genotropin, serostim, Norditropin, etc all have 22125 daltons. If you read on their websites (prescribing info) they all say that. I'm just curious what those extra Dalton's are.
I read something interesting about HGH in china and how most are 192aa or 191 with 192 in there.
Only 25-50% of people are affected by antibodies from 192aa which can stop your own natural HGH from working over time.
So I'm not knocking generics. Just asking a question.
Now here is a good explanation I find this strange too.

Was wondering that myself Mac. While these seem promising, they are just slightly different in M/W than the Pharmacy products I've had tested in the past. Also wondering about the 34Ugs. Would this indicate that 10IUs/3.33Mgs of active HGH is present or would a different test be needed to determine that? Thanks Big A for posting.

angusThis is for all three of you: The difference in atomic weight is incredibly small and if we look at protein ions from page 3 you'll notice that it makes a very nice "head and shoulders" type of array. These are the proteins that make up the sample and they are added together to come up with the weight. So when the protein weight fluctuates, so too does the deconvoluted weight (the final weight).

angusYep, when we test proteins we use a UPLC machine with a column. This can specify purity and weight accurately for these.
Gotcha. So while the sample looks promising for HGH......the amount labeled (10ius/3.33mg) is just a tad off.
I just looked up the conversion (I am dumb like that) so 1000ug equals 1mg. If 34ug is the actual HGH we have a problem..
angusActually there is an online calc for that. You have to input what it is and how much it weighs and it'll spit out the mg. Not exactly sure how or why it differs. But I'll research it as best I can.
