Low Libido - Blood Test - Comments?

ad

Hi,

I ran a cycle back in 2014 when I was 23, consisting of Test E @ 500mg for 12 weeks with a 6 week Dbol kick start @ 50mg. I did a nolva/clomid pct of 20/20/20/20 and 50/50/50/50 for 4 weeks after cycle. I have not run another cycle since and my libido/erection quality is currently sub par to say the least. I ran some bloods in search of an explanation and was hoping someone would be able to shed some light or offer some advice. I have been drug free for 3 years now and there doesn't seem to be anymore natural recovery occurring. Would I benefit from a clomid restart, hcg restart, or just take a natural test booster? Any other advice would be great! Thanks.

What time of the day did your pull bloods? Glucose is high which makes me think this was later in the day and not fasted! If so you may want to rub it again first thing in the am and fasted. That said I don't see much wrong here and it's hard to say given you don't have a baseline. As mentioned below Prolactin could be worth a check but better yet follow Rusty's advice and talk to your doc!

I'm sorry to hear about the sexual sides, been there and it ain't fun. All your values look to be in range in terms of test/estro/LH/FSH so I don't think that's your culprit. You say currently sub par, how long has it been since you felt like performance was good? We've got a three year time table since your last AAS so a lot can happen more recently, emotionally, stress, too much porn, that would seem more likely than hormones.

Well morning wood and spontaneous erections never returned after cycle. Desire has been spotty over the three years, with periods of great and then in the gutter. Unfortunately as of lately it seems worse more often than good. I ran tsh/t4 bloods and dont think that is the case either. I am going to run a prolactin test as that is my last guess hornone wise. However, I have read than an e2 level at 10 like mine can cause some problems. But then again i wouldnt have the first idea how to raise e2 naturally or why any male would want that as a goal haha. I am very doubtful that it is stress or porn related because I dont have the desire to look at porn.

Prolactin would be good to check, I'm not telling you to do this but if I needed to boost estrogen I'd shoot some hcg for a couple weeks then check levels again, it produces a nice spike. Also shouldn't suppress much if any as long as you didn't overdo it.

Fix your stats when you get a chance, what's your bf%?

Test numbers look fine generally to me. Id look into raising test through diet changes and exercise modifications. At 26 still you should respond well with non drug intervention IMO. However if youre concerned that much go see an Endo. Maybe your symptoms arent hormone related?
