+ 18 Leg progression
ad
Took a few months taking it easy at the gym and been off everything for the last few months. Been back at it for a few weeks now (still no gear). Starting my bulk next month. Currently 214lbs. Wish my damn calves would grow! Competition in the near future.

Calves take time train em at least twice a week slow down the motion of the excercise n boom youll see a difference
I got much better results training calves explosively, like an athlete. Slow and controlled never did shit for my calves.
Solid quads man

Good work bro. I've made a bunch of progress hitting calves daily. +
Thanks man! Hit them today until they burned oh so good on every set.
Your quads bro! Impressive
Thanks GrowMore!
Keep killing it bro! We got those long ass limbs and they take time to really mature and fill out. Well done so far. ++
Thank you GP1!
Looking great brother JL! Quads are impressively thick and muscular! Nice sweep in their development! Good to see you gave your body a rest from the grinding work and medicinal use! You're poised for an epic comeback my friend! Very nicely accomplished! +2 for a strong set of wheels and understanding the need to occasionally recharge your batteries! Great things lie on your near horizon! Much respect my friend and happy Sunday!
Thank you Theo! The rest was much needed! I have found that I come back stronger after some time off. Shocks the system. Take care my friend :-)
Looking thick. I do body weight calf raises through out the day. Has help me along, also stretching them between sets. But, for what its worth I think they look good.
Thanks Jayz and thank you for the suggestions! I'm definitely going to start hitting them every day I'm at the gym.
Looking good JL. Squats or leg presses? +1 brother
Thanks Harley. Lots of squats. I don't go very heavy anymore. Work the weight. Go low and slow. I hit the leg press too, same technique.
Huge quads looking good +1
No homo
Thanks brother!
RustyhookerBig quads!!
Calves are not easy for me either. Doing sets of 20 with drops til burned out got mine to grow. But its a struggle
The struggle is real!
Growing the calves is a bitch, huh? Mine started responding better when I started doing all free weight raises. Half the challenge is in stabilizing yourself. They look good though +
