Are you taking an AI? Your estrogen is high. Test C always throws my estrogen high. I pray your using one.. if not, you need to do more research before running a cycle
I have 0.5mg anastrozole. I read I need to take it after I notice issues. I had spicy nipples week 3 and 4 and took 2mg spread over 1.5 weeks. I haven't had that issue sense. I did have puffy ankles that were bordering on painful at week 7 so I took 0.5mg then and they decreased somewhat within a day and the painfulness went away.
Basically I've avoided taking the AI unless I notice an issue
You really shouldn’t do that bro. Estrogen is a bitch! I take an AI and out of no where, my nipples get puffy. So what I’m trying to say is that you will never know where your estrogen is until it’s high or your getting side effects. I would start out at .5 every time you take a shot or every 3rd day. I usually take .5 mg of anastrozal 2x a week on TRT (I split my shots to 2x a week). And I take way less than half of 500 mg for my TRT.
So you definitely should be using it at 500mg of test a week. Test cyp definitely raises your estrogen.
OP has high estro. He used Ai when he felt sides. It’s estro bounced back. He pulled bloods. Now he’ll bring it in check and follow it up with another panel. He’s done everything correctly.
Dial that AI in and your all good. +1 for testing/sharing
