Lab Result. Your thoughts?

ad

Hey everyone,

So today I went to get my blood test result.
I am not on anything at the moment nor have been on anything recently and before looking at starting/doing anything, I need to see where things stand at rest.

An acquaintance was talking to me about his TRT, so basically I went to the clinic to see for myself. Blood test was a first step to the process and since it was cheap, I felt I had nothing to lose to check and at least get my Blood Levels checked, then go from there.

I'd like you guys feedback on my levels, more particularly the ALP. The Nurses said that sometimes, after a day with lots of fats, it can temporarily sky rocket that level due to the Gallbladder working more. Thing is my Diet is very very clean all week ( Chicken, Oatmeal, Broccoli, Salmon, Almonds, Shrimp, Brown Rice, etc. etc. ), 6 meals throughout the day. Not being told I needed to fast, I had Breakfast with a fair quantity of Avocados maybe an hour and a half before, but that's it. Other than that, my AST/ALT levels are normal.

Did anyone ever ran into this or remember seeing someone else post about the same circumstance? Googling stuff about the matter is fine but of course, I like getting opinion from multiple sources and I think it's better here than what Google has to say.

As far the TRT itself, the Nurses said my levels aren't bad but for someone my age, they could be a bit higher ( more in the mid 600 range ). Of course, TRT would get me much higher than that so I don't feel I need to touch this for now and would probably be much better off with a cycle only with proper PCT than TRT itself, but thoughts on this are welcome as well.

In any case, I would love to hear some feedback on the above.

Thanks everyone!

Dude, how's your diet going? Are those really your stats? 160lbs is high school light.

Yep, no falsity here. Not going to lie, it IS light as f***. I honestly didn't think I would be so low.
But, I had a plan in a mind and just stuck to it.

Long story short, I basically became quite overweight back in 2016-17, to a point where I reached 205 lbs with god know how much BF, but it was high that's for sure. When I stepped onto that scale and saw that lbs number, that was a wake up call for me ( again, this is a long story short ).

Since, I've been doing my homework, put in the time diligently to learn more, put my diet and discipline in place for a CUT phase, and I've lost 45 lbs since, naturally. No gear, no cycle, no nothing. Just pure food and training and that's it. So to me, the importance of a Diet in place is 100% real. Hard ass work.

I am now close to where I want to be in terms of BF% and then will Bulk, keeping this as clean as possible to make the leanest gains possible. Throughout my cutting period, I have put my body through various test to see what works/ what works less and now I can pretty much say I know where I stand with my own body in terms of Diet.

I am excited to start bulking soon to be honest. That being said, this is where my blood work above came in. I had heard quite a bit about TRT, I will be 34 soon, didn't get Blood Work in for...e...ver. I figured it would be good to see where I stand. Seeing the results, despite what the Nurse said to me ( since it seems more like a Sales Pitch on her part more than anything else ), I feel it would a better choice for me to do cycles alone vs starting on TRT for the rest of my life.

That being said, IF I decide to do a cycle on my Bulking Phase, it'll be a straight Test cycle only.
I do not know how I respond to Test alone and this would be my first cycle, so this is definitely the first place to start with if I do one.

My advise, look into diet on here. There's a ton of good info here. Don't put your body through what it doesn't need to go through. Trt? Please, don't be dumb and self Rx.Trt. you still got tons to grow. At least 30+lbs before considering any AAS. About 70-80% of everything i know came in one way or another from this site. And sir, be patient. Gains always come If done right. Get bloods from an endo. specialist and see what he tells you. I've been on trt 10+years and I'm only 36. Worst thing that happened to me. At 25 and my doc says that I won't be having kids ever. Although it wasn't from abusing AAS, kills me everyday.

Pretty much was is shown around internet. "Love" the fact it mentions: " You may have to fast for 10 to 12 hours prior to the test." and " Eating can interfere with your ALP levels " but the lady had said I didn't have to fast.

Your alk level that is high is considered non significant. Everything else looks great. Your perfectly healthy. Your test levels are high. If you do a cycle you will pct. Be happy
