Week 21 tomorrow. Dropped mast prop 4 days ago and switched it out for primo. Think mast was really hindering my pumps and vascularity. Used a 1 blade to trim up my wolverine coat of hair, also makes a nice difference. I kind of like it. I don't know ow any poses or whatever and my oldest daughter photobombed with a cat.
3 more weeks on this 1st cycle. Excited for the next one already!

From looking at your past pictures, you've made really good progress past few months. Just a thought, have you considered using EQ with Test on your next cycle. It will def. put more a size and will show much more vascularity on your physique. Also keep some Dbol tabs in hand, EQ may crash your E2.
Thanks bro. Ya, I have thought about it and will definitely be trying it down the road. Already have my next cycle planned out though, so that is definitely a 3rd cycle option for me. As far as e2 goes, I would love a lower e2 without popping aro every day "really high converter"
Right there with you as a high converter. EQ is liquid gold for me once I figured out a ratio that puts my e2 in a good spot. So nice to run 750mg/wk test without needing an ai.
@Growtherino do you have to run close to or just under a 1:1 ratio for that? How often do you donate? Get Bloods monthly to keep an eye on rice/ hematocrit ?
I've found my ideal ratio to be around 1.2:1 Test:EQ. So with 750 test cyp I was running about 630EQ and that had my e2 around 25-35 once stabilized. I did donate right before I started my cycle as my HCT was already at 50, but I actually didn't have much issue with my HCT elevating. About six months after that donation it was actually in range at 48. I am not sure exactly what I do that keeps it in check, but I think it relates to some of my supplementation and lifestyle habits that evolved as I started that cycle. 1.5-2 gallons of water a day, regular cardio, citrus bergamot before first/last meal, in the morning I take nattokinase, serrapeptase, bromelain, lumbrokinase, and AMLA on an empty stomach. I have seen research on all of those things potentially having some novel impact on HCT, but it's always hard to know for certain what is really doing what.
As for blood work, I ran bloods at 4 weeks, 6 weeks(just e2 on this one), 8 weeks, 14 weeks, 20 weeks and then 4 weeks after cycle. I might be a little excessive with my blood work frequency, but I like to know what's up. My panels varied depending on what I was specifically looking for each time, but generally was doing a metabolic panel, full CBC, sensitive Test/E2, GGT, Cystatin-c, and some other standard markers. I use marek diagnostics to get my blood work so you can make pretty custom panels each time.

Fellas, I have made the decision to run eq my next blast along side sustanon. 1st time running both compounds. Debating starting off the 1st 4 or 5 weeks with tren ace but keeping it at 50mg or below per day. I finished this 1st blast off with tren ace for 6 weeks and it destroyed my liver and kidney markers. I think i could have supplemented better. Thinking astragalus root before 1st and last meal would have helped a bit more. I was only taking once a day. Hell, could probably get away with 3 xs per day. Getting Bloods in 4 weeks to see if kidneys and liver levels look better then start my eq blast.

I supplement with double woods Astragalus 1.5g AM and PM (so 3g daily) with a full meal. Haven’t heard of astragaloside like Reps mentioned but sounds worth looking into. For liver on cycle I run 600mg NAC 3x day, 500mg TUDCA 2x day, and Milk Thistle from Life Extension.
I’ve never had issues with my blood values really so these seem to help mitigate damage. I’d imagine they’ll help recover off cycle if yours got tanked a bit as well. I will say I’ve never run Tren though and hear it’s pretty harsh on kidneys/liver.
One more thing I’ve found about checking kidney and liver values is to include a cystatin-c with eGFR for kidney and GGT for liver. My creatinine eGFR varies pretty wildly depending on how hard and how recently I’ve trained, as well as if I’m supplementing with creatine at the time. I’ve done a lot of a/b testing and creatine leads to my creatinine being elevated very consistently, but I don’t believe it is actually a sign of any kidney damage in that case. Cystatin-C is significantly more kidney specific and a better indicator of actual kidney function. I’ve had bloodwork done where I get both eGFR panels on the same draw and my creatinine eGFR has been 67 while my cystatin-c was 124. At the end of the day eGFR is just an estimate, so it helps to get a more comprehensive picture. Same goes for GGT vs AST/ALT. AST and ALT are both present in skeletal muscle and will show as elevated if you’ve been doing very heavy training recently. GGT is more specific and can give a less distorted reading. This isn’t to say ignore anything in your bloodwork, but something to consider when looking at the whole picture. Just my 2 cents on the topic! Buy " Astragaloside IV ", works much better for Kidney health than regular Astragalus. Its more expensive though. Take that once or twice, i can almost guarantee it will improve your creatinine and eGFR numbers in your next blood work. Buy it asap, since you have 4 weeks before blood work. Available at Amazon. Milk thistle or Tudca with NAC for your liver. Also make sure you stay hydrate every day.
Also consider switching over from Mast to Primo, it may give u more of that pump/fuller look your looking for.
Exactly what I did. Was on mast for about 12 weeks... went pretty high with it but it gave me some prostate issues and flattened me out a bit. So in future cycles will be running it relatively low.
That is so true, using Mast will give most prostate issues. I may use Mast P, but small dose, for androgenic effect, makes me strong.
