Midway through shoulder routine this morning.
Currently running week 1 of Makwa's "Brutal Month of Arms" routine.
Constructive criticism welcome!!
Cycle:
NPP 150mg eod
Test p 100mg eod
Mast p 100mg eod.
Whole food intake currently 3750 cal/day
Carbs 40/protein 40/fat 20 - myfitnesspal app logs every day.

Man, my hats off putting down those calories. I believe you bro, it shows on you and you are lean too; 2500 clean solid calories is a good amount of food but your daily goal is very obtainable. My issue is all the damn cooking. Good to see; I left a comment below before reading your note here below the pic.

Oh yeah, he's solid for sure. My wife is currently running his hgh, we both ran it for a few months last fall and were very pleased. I'll be starting back on the Qtropin soon. But when I ordered hers recently I only had enough to order for her. I have gear I can run, so I let her have the hgh, she gets spectacular results at 2 iu/day. Looks like she's just a little over half her age and we're both 43.

Anytime bro, it's an extreme routine but I love it. I'm running a modified version of Mak's Brutal Month of Arms. I only modified chest and shoulders though, run everything else as is. Mak is a genius.
The real key to shoulders for me has been reverse flyes and face pulls - work the post delts just as hard as the rest.
Thats the best tip i could offer. Most guys have decent fronht delts from all the benchin, pushups ect..... but rear delt development is what makes that 3 d look that says it all. I always start shoulders with rear delts, and also hit rear delts on chest days and again on back days.....high rep high volume is the name of the game

I agree, I usually finish off with reverse flies with the cables. Love how it makes my shoulders pop in the back . Gives you that thickness with the width.
I like doing free-weights first, heavy, on a 30 degree incline and super setting with pro-grip shoulder pulls in same position then hitting either cables or rev fly machine and superset with face pulls. 10 reps each first superset then 12-15 reps on that second super. Very short breaks, 40-60 sec.
