Just wanted to get a grow N show going for every1, i eat i eat i eat but dunno where it all goes. im highly active so guessing i burn it all away...sux.
I got 2 bottles of Veyron Cyp 250 coming and a bottle of Lixus dianabol as well, should be here any day. i wanna do this right, so im not starting until i have some sort of anti-estrogen on hand in case of gyno while on cycle.
Will keep ya's updated and have a good 1!

Wreck12- yup u nailed it. I have to walk alot for work, maybe about 2 miles a night. My main goal is to bulk up, i trashed my cervical in a street bike accident, so my approach is a bit timid towards the heavy lifting. but will gear still bulk you up even with moderate lifting and more eating?

theviking1- Thanks! yes i have been researching and so far i have just been stretching for a few days..i know i know, i should already have a regime and quit smoking..im hoping this will give a health boost to better myself in more than just mass. i feel immature at times, dont shave much. no hair on body..not much anyways. im 32 shit u not look really young..it sux ...bu def appreciate any and all advice, there is so much to learn i forget easy. im getting a notebook to make excercise regimes and monitor how much im eating, serious mass gainer is on the way also. PCT im still learning about and i do keep forgetting about the wait 2 weeks after last shot..doh
But ya i actually had questions about how i should take the dbol. im getting mixed reviews on how to take it. a days rest does sound like a good idea tho.
welp i only got 100 of the 10mg tabs so is 30mg a day for 4 weeks pretty much the same? hope i can sleep at night, i took only one and felt it, shakey..now i feel jonesy..ha

rednosepittyYup i just pinned for the first time in the bathroom stall at work last night. I was a little shakey but wow test cyp smells funny..kinda hippyish? Its veyron with grapeseed oil. I used 1ML at 7pm saturday night. When do i pin again? I also took a Lixus 10mg dbol today(sunday morning. Felt shakey at first maybe an hour in, but now i feel great.
good luck bro,stick to basic heavy compound movements in the gym,your appetite will naturally increase and you will grow,most importantly get quality rest whenever you can,dont forget start pct TWO WEEKS AFTER your last shot of test.

I too was in the same boat you were, being an ectomorph is tough especially the work i do which burns about over 2000 cals a day was killing my gains! had all my macros in check but just couldnt get up there i started at about low 130s and hit to 139 lbs, then last summer decided to run my first cycle. Did 500 mg test e per week for 10 weeks. At the end, came out being 162lbs my heaviest ever. Wreck12 is right also make sure your macros are in check , you can easily look up a weight gain calculator and plug in your numbers and tweek as needed.
yeah I'm on 4th week of Test E 500wk started at 151lbs and now I'm 160lbs I feel hungry all the time and i workout 4 days a week. good-luck to you brah!
Hey man eatbig is right about having your pct on hand along with adex. But I had a question for you. what is your diet like? and by active what do you mean run/physical job or something? I ask this question cuz alot of dudes I have worked with claim to eat a ton and then we count there macros and they are actually under eating for there weight?
