I'm very careful what I say. I do my best to encourage but never offend anybody, or I do my best not to hurt someone. When I say to drink more water, I truly mean it, drink plenty of water. There is a very strong relationship among dehydration and elevated kidney enzymes and disease, aka: AST, ALT Creatinine levels, BUN, and especially on cycle. Drinking alot of water, or becoming hydrated can put signs of stage 2 kidney disease back to a normal and healthy level or keep the body from falling to such a critical level.
I'm very amateur with diet and most of this stuff but I study hard more often than not. I'm here to learn, and I follow my own advice and keep my organs in check the best way that I've learned how

The pan was full. Really a 3 Prt meal that is spread throughout a few hours. I had just cooked 10 lbs of chx for the week and 4 lbs of tilapia. I also cook 1 lb of rice that fills 2 large pans. I change it up everyday really. Hardest thing I've done
My performance would go to shit if I ate that much crap before I worked out. Eating that after is another thing. But before? Way to much protein and fat for me pre workout. You won’t digest 25% of it...
It was actuall my post meal. My routine got messed up on that morning. I go to Moms 3 days a week to cook I do a 3 part breakfast on my late days. I do a carb shake early before gym, Then this meal is 3 meals in 1. Ya too much. Trial and error. Taxing my kidneys I realize. 120 grams of protein in the 3 part meal but upset my stomach. I'm peeled like no other though sir. This is NOT everyday. Today is a lot of tuna and tilapia. Had some turkey throughout the night and part of breakfast. No carb shake this morning but had a very large bowl of oatmeal and t table spoons of PButter an hour ago after gym
