Donation day at work just happened to coincide with my normal donation schedule. Hemoglobin tested before pull was 18.4 and their top end of normal range is listed as 19.
Got a nice t-shirt and a cooling towel out of the deal.
Don't forget to donate!!!

Good man; good deed! + 1
Thanks John.
This is so me when it comes to donating
Honestly I'm like that on the inside I Ijust ant the cute nurses see me freaking out. My heart rate was high going in and the little nurse commented on it, I told her it's just the preworkout I had taken earlier that morning. Pretty sure she knew I was bullshitting but she was sweet enough to let it slide.
I always get the grandma nurse and I'm not talking about the GILF's. So I let the water works flow.
Lol, you need to shop around then bro, at.least get some eye candy out of the deal.
People always give me hell because I have so many tats but I freakin hate donating I always complain like a little baby. +1 for giving life
Awesome brother! +1
Thanks Warrior!!
I donated last week, booked back in for 3months time. Feel fresh like an oil change and a great way to get the hemoglobin down win win
Definitely, I feel better overall but my workout this morning was mediocre. May just have been an off day or may be the reduced reds, either way still worth giving, I'll bounce back.
nice buddy ,im donating every 3 months aswell +1
the feeling after is awesome !!
It is. I'm actually changing from 3 months to every 8 weeks, think it will help in the long run keeping the oil cleaner.
how can you donate every 8 weeks? private clinic or something ?cause here in greece I cant even a day earlier then the 3 month mark...
Yeah we can do every 8 weeks here with the blood banks.
Doing good man.
I'm looking forward to do the same soon.
Thanks november, good to see you around and that karma climbing!
We all have ups and downs friend.
You doing really good job donatiting.
(Thumbs up)
No doubt, wasn't knocking, glad to see you back up and hope it stays that way. No homo
Nice bro glad to see others On here donating and possibly saving a life.
Thanks sneaker, good to be able to.
Thank you bro for donating you literally just saved a life
And it could very well be my own......
Well done mate
Thanks GM.
+2. Part of my routine as well.
Yep, should be as much a part of TRT and cycling as eating like a hoss and pinning gear.
DobermannI wish i can give blood, they wont let me bro.i am born outside of usa and csn have madcow disease lol!what a joke
Going to see GP next week and gonna tell her i have religios believe and i want to give blood every 8 weeks.either that or i am getting self donation kit and fak it doing it myself i am sick and tired of them.:)++++
That's crazy man. I would just go ahead and get the self kit and if you know a nurse or other medical professional that can hit a vein with ease get them to help you out. I'd have a hard time sticking a vein with a 16 gauge - yikes!!
DobermannGood idea thnx buddy.ill see if i can ask someone to help
Me out.
+2
Thanks Sam.
Great job Herp & a reminder is always needed around here!! +2
Thanks Jarhead!
I wish we had a donation day where i worked. It would make it easy. Im due in sept. hope the bus comes to town. Or its an hour drive to the nearest place. +2 for getting your oil changed and saving a life.
Thanks Bill, already feel better honestly. When it's time to donate I always feel a bit sluggish compared to how I feel afterward, so most certainly worth the few minutes to do it.
