I am currently back up to 3800 calories 470c 300p 70f staying tight but 6lbs heavier than 3 weeks ago. I am still cruising but will be jumping on test and deca for this big push this off-season. Alot of progress to be made but if i can gain the tissue required on my back and legs I'm hoping to be stepping on stage some point next year.
