Hi guys
since my last pics I had one short bulk of 7 weeks and after that 12 weeks rest because a small surgery (scar from breast augmentation)
it took me a while to get back real good due to flu and personal stuff
but Im back in , this is week 4 of my bulk. I started more fluffy than planned but so far so good..I hope to bulk up for 16 weeks or more

Women can carry body fat levels higher than a man and look great. In my opinion males at 8 to 12% os a good look but females at 15% to 18% look amazing i love the look of off season female athletes over the dry shredded look of stage ready... i love a thick woman with muscle!!.

I like the bit fuller version of me as well but I must say I sometimes miss the veins
Im now at 14% (with 4 point skinfold clipper)
At my dryest as you can see in my pics I was 9.4%.
I found out I react by holding lots of water this time when I add more carbs to my diet and it goes back to 'normal' after 7 till 10 days or so.
So sometimes I think Im getting fattier but later on I found out its just a lot of water

Looking amazing, I love bulking season! cutting is torture lol
well Its both a bit tortute I think..In bulk we can eat but scared to get fat
in cut we think we are losing muscle and have starving moments
so mindfuck is always there lol

Enjoy the grow season but keep an eye on staying lean as possible.
No point putting on weight that will just make prep harder.
Be safe and train for purpose as always!
the purpose is to gain muscle so a little gain weight should be normal..
I still have a pretty clean diet
all out bulking is not for me anyway..

Just have seen a few females as of late putting on unnecessary weight=body fat which adds more weeks to prep which is already longer (on average) than for males.
A little water retention is good for the joints of course.
