+ 4 Bloodwork for ZPHC Test. C. 200

Been cruising along at 160mg wk (80mg 2 x wk) of ZPHC Test. cyp. 200 since around September. These Test. numbers look good to me, a little higher than expected in fact.
E2 has been giving me a hard time lately. Switched adex from Balkan to Para earlier this year and it's been running high ever since. Even doubled my dose to .5mg 2 x wk and its still up there. Been dealing w/some aggressive acne recently as a result. Not sure if one is overdosed or the other underdosed. Jumped back on the BP this week and we'll see where things land.
But the Test. has me feeling great otherwise. Quality stuff for sure.

Molinin302Great testosterone numbers bro, especially the bioavailable test, very good. Estro is funny man, I'm not a physician, but hormones are unique in their treatment to be tailored to the individual. My assumption would be the acne is from the testosterone being elevated. If you're feeling great, and the only side effect you're having a concern with is acne, I would treat that topically. I would strongly urge against getting that E2 too low, and frankly you're not that high. No weird emotional stuff? ED or disinterest in sex? Muscular cramping? Just shower 2x a day and get an aggressive soap. I'm a big supporter of masteron to manage estrogen sides. It does it very well and has the benefit of being an anabolic compound. Give it a shot, got a great source to get it from already. Best wishes bro.
And Thanksgiving was great as I hope yours was, although I didn't need that next day 3lb plate again today of leftovers, I may actually have to do some cardio lol

Yeah the acne thing has me a bit flummoxed. Ive had my E2 up over 100 in the past and honestly wouldn't have known it had I not tested. Zero sides. I suspect it may be a result of the long term E2 elevation. Like I said, it's been up for a bit now. Could also be related to the high glycemic diet. I may cut back on the white rice and fold in more sweet potatoes for a try.
Otherwise, I've had no other E2 sides. And I know what to look for.
