I don't mean to be negative - But have you dabbled with trenbolone a bit in the past mate with your kidney values not being that great? (GFR, Creatinine)

Was your creatinine pretty high during that period which is why the GFR was low? My bad creatinine periods have directly correlated with heavy periods on tren even if kept short I've noticed - I always thought it was more scare mongering by people about the tren and kidney destruction but it really isn't! Although clearly Superdrol is as bad as the rumours suggest also - when I had liver readings over 200 I had just done a week of Superdrol but never realised it impacted the kidneys too. Yeh I was aware of the Ethnicity difference in acceptable levels - is it because African Americans have weaker kidneys so markers are different to caucasians?

Thing is GFR isn't an actual measured filtration reading is it - its an estimated level based on Age, Gender, Race and Creatinine / Cystatin C level? So in theory the only fluctuating levels can be the creatinine and cystatin (my bloods don't show cystatin for some reason) so was it your cystatin C that was bad? I'm not trying to be clever with you here - just trying to understand it all more Smile

I think it was actually my AST level (we are going back about 4 years here) that was bad, at the time they said kidney levels were 'deranged' but not bad as such just that they made no sense same as the liver but thats because it was caused by steroids I guess so they weren't consistent with each other. People warned me at the time about making sure I took liver supps etc but I just thought they did nothing so it was a big lesson learned.

I saw that. It's also a market if you have COVID apparently and I'm just starting to get over it. I'll test for it again after I get over it

You tested positive for TPO-ab. Maybe you're already aware of this but you should keep and eye on that, even though your in range.

Just looked it up. I will keep an eye on it

I don't know what that is?

They're antibodies that attack your thyroid. Could be a predictor of hyper/hypothyroidism and/or gene mutation. Mine are through the roof. Test your TSH regularly.
