+ 12 9 Months transformation
Two years ago I was much bigger than in the current photo, then I had the worst period of my life, depression, anxiety ... I saw everything dark and bad, I stopped studying for a while, I stopped eating (it could be more than 3 days without eating) and I did not go to the gym until nine months ago ... I finished how it looks in the first photo, pale, thin and not healthy. My family began to motivate me to return to training and eating, my friends forced me to leave home (I spent 23 days in a row without leaving home) and little by little I returned to normality ... I have met the best girlfriend of the world for me, my family supports me and my friends are by my side, I am happy again, training, eating ... My current physique is not to show off (probably for you looks DYEL), I share it with pride because for me it is the happy ending of a story of self-improvement. In the darkest nights is when the stars really shine. Merry Christmas!

Respect bro, great way to bounce back. Hope you're still doing good?
Good for you kid, looking great. The after pic, was that the results of you running the Bold 300 @600mg/week for 16 weeks w/the incorporation of Winstrol? If so, excellent results for Bold 300.
Yes, was the result of Bold at that dosage+Test E.
Thx!
Did you use any gear during this time period? Looking great, man. Glad to see that you managed to shake off that dark cloud following you around.
Thanks bro, sorry for the delay but i had pretty busy Xmas.
Yes, the last 4 months out of those 9.
Test E+ Bolde.
Awesome, thanks! Also, I've never ran a cycle before, but I'm considering it in the future. I've been spending the last few weeks researching diligently on the subject to make sure that if I ever do it, I do it as intelligently as possible. Did you get any blood work done after everything was said and done (post-PCT) to see where your natural hormone levels went back to? I'm really concerned that my natural production may not be quite the same afterward.
FR sent.
Swole bro +1 ,keep fighting !!
Thanks bro!
Hey man awesome to see another great transformation inside and out. I just put up something similar myself. I was classified as agoriphobic - 7 benzos a day and 14 pills total. The gym changes lives it just takes that spark to kickstart the fire under your ass to pull yourself out of the hole. Also like the choice of space for a head blocker. Physicist and chemist myself. Keep it up
The feeling of having all those benzos is horrible, while i was having the depression my doc gave me some and i think it made everything even worse.
Sometimes the fire of the gym is turned to ashes like it happened to me, from training and dieting for years in a row to not doing nothing, but as you said we only need a spark to light those ashes am im proud to be on track again.
Thans bro!
+1 dude....it takes a lot of mental strength to overcome these dark places that we all fall into at least once over the course of our lives. You went through it and came out the other side a better person both mentally and physically! Congrats man you have alot to be proud of. Now your story can help others
I hope it can help others, as you said we all fall at least once.
Thanks!
Great transformation bro +1
Thanks bro!
Be holding your head high mate!...You have overcome alot by what you say there buddy.
But you started training again n eating properly and looking after yourself again - which imo is the most important part of mental health recovery...keep up the great work and keep on smashin it bro!
Thank you! One thing that is useful for my mental recovery is trying to see everything in which i have improved, for example im happy as fuck of being able to go to a restaurant with my gf or friends and eat (quite a lot) when before I was not able to go to one by the shame of not being able to eat more than the starters haha.
Im happy about ur recovery, mental problems are worse than physical imo, just keep up the work, and dont allow anything to have a negative impact in ur life,
Merry christmas!!
Thank you!
