New blood work for hypothyroidism is going to be done. I've read several studies that state this can be a cause. I've been sleeping like no ones business. I even fall asleep at my desk at work several times a day. I was attributing the tired feeling to prolactin but obviously that isn't the case.

Yea I was about to say check for hypothyroidism I know it can cause lactation in females. My girl when she was diagnosed in high school had the same symptom. Along with nodules in her neck around the thyroid gland. Look up how to check for the nodules around your thyroid gland in your neck you can easily tell if they are inflamed. Also, when she forgets her T4 her neck turns very red almost like a collar, and gets extremely tired almost like she still feels asleep or a dreamy state.
It's around your adams apple. It's easier to tell if there are nodules if you swallow a bit of water when you check for inflammation.
Best thing to do is get a blood panel for T4 and T3 levels.
How hard are u squeezing... Cause there are very small holes there and if u squeeze, moisture built up from showering and everything comes out. Lactation is cloudy not clear

It was an almost grey milky fluid.

I've never seen or heard of this. You got your key numbers under control yes you're still going through that.
