I've recently ordered some nootropics and few other interesting items that I will be testing out. Here's a few that I've ordered, if anyone has tried any of this please chime in. These chems could be ideal to keeping sides down during final prep and keeping focused and being able to enjoy your prep.

Phenibut hcl this nootropic is use for opening up, social anxiety and anxiety in general. Also leads to better sleep in some way.
Noopept improves focus, memory and cognitive thinking. There are several nootropics from the racetam family that have a similar effect.
Theanine you can take this with any stimulate like caffeine and it will give you a calm energy. Also keeps blood pressure down which would be a big plus.
Alpha GPC improves general cognition, memory, thinking and learning. Stimulates growth hormones.
ALCAR promotes heart health, and reduces nerve pain, boost motivation, promotes fat loss, mental energy, clarity of thought and a calm focus.
Higenamine is a replacement for DMAA it has a slew of benefits. Increased energy, improved focus, enhanced mental clarity, most of all it doesn't affect nitric oxide and relaxes vessels instead of constricting them. It's a bronchodilator and fat burner. I bet this would be good on a tren run to help improve cardio :)

These supplements are cheap and could get all of them for under 20 bucks and would last 6'months to a year.

Sulbutamine: athletes take this to improve stamina, recovery time, strength. It increases dopamine and improves mood and well being.
When I take this supplement it gets me into a state where I'm focused and motivated to get stuff done and is good few hours pre workout to get your head in the game. What I didn't expect was the freaking crazy orgasms spasm. This stuff intensifies my orgasm 3 fold maybe 10 lol no kidding guys.

I just do a 400 mg dose once a day works for me. You can do it 2 to 3 x ed in 200 mg doses also. Start with 200 mg and then adjust to see what works, everyone is different with these nootropics.

Noopept I can't necessarily tell a difference with cognitive thinging, focus or memory recall on a short term day to day basis. I guess this stuff works long term or it's just not for me. However piracetam and pramiracetam kick some ass in the focus, drive, motivation to get things done.

Piracetam: this stuff work well but not as well as pramiracetam. For me i took it with a choline source as suggested alpha GPC but still got headaches. I dropped the choline source and no headaches. This stuff gives me a mental clarity, better focus and drive to get things done, and memory recall.

Pramiracetam: this stuff is what you need to take if you want drive, focus, energy, and the motivation to get things done. I had a laundry list of stuff that needed done around the house and would normally take a week and pramiracetam had me in the zone it was like i enjoyed getting each task tackled and out of the way and it wasn't mentally or physically exhausting. The only down side is it makes you so focused when your around people that you pick up on every little think which can lead to you being a little overly judgemental and get you and asshole card. Everyone is different and this may or may not happen but I would recommend once you get all your task accomplished and want to chill and socialize then take some phenibut to take the edge off which worked great for me.

My wife likes the piracetam while she is dieting, she says it give her mental clarity and focus to stay on her diet and she doesn't ever get mentally exhausted.

What do you recommend for Alpha GPC?
I was thinking 2x daily, upon waking and mid afternoon. Going to use it post contest (at the same time as pct) to help with any focus issues or cognition from fluctuation in hormones

Just take the recommended dose on the pack in the morning and on workout days take it pwo, and on off days mid afternoon would be fine. Should give you a little mental boost, I know I can tell when I use it pwo.

Theanine and blood pressure. I donated blood today at week 5 into my cycle. Took 50 mg adrol before donating and drank 2 cups of coffee and added 100 mg caffeine anhydrous and 100 mg Theanine all within 1 1/2 hrs of donating. I figured my BP would be around 130/80 as usual on cycle, but even with all the caffeine and the white coat syndrome the Theanine seemed to work, BP was 104/66.

Higenamine is a substitute for DMAA but is closer related to Clen or albuterol since it is a bronchial dilator. I have a little asthma that has flared up recently so I tried this stuff out and it works pretty damn well. I took 20 mg pwo yesterday and just lifted and had plenty of stamina and broke a good sweat. Today I had a back massage and didn't want to tense up with lifting weights so I took 20 mg and ran 2.5 mile around 20 minutes and had no asthma flare up and was literally drenched from sweat, this stuff makes me sweat worse than Clen and t3 together. And I don't mess with t3 anymore so I'm going to be utilizing Higenamine come cut time. Also no jitters or brain fog.

So how good of a fat burner do you think it is? Comparable to clen, albut, ECA stack?

From what I've read it is a great fat burner, and very thermogenic. I've only used it twice so I can't give a true statement to your question, but the thermogenic effect I had today along with energy during workout, I'd imagen i was turning up the lipolysis. The great thing about this product it takes about 20 minutes to kick in and is out of your system in about an hour so you can sleep well at night. Most people take 20 mg 3 x ed. I was just testing it out for preworkout. There's a ton of positive effects, it's very cheap and easy to get as well. All I can say is read up and give it a try, it wouldn't hurt to throw it in on your off Clen days. Higemanine also relaxes your vessels and is suppose to be heart healthy as well.

If this would be taken on the off days of a clen cycle, it must be acting on different receptors than the beta-2 which clen acts on?

You are right Makwa it is beta 2 andregenic receptor. So it wouldn't work well in of days of Clen. You might just want to stick to your routine for this prep and try out the Higenamine later or just substitute it a few days instead of Clen and see how you like it.

I'll be sticking with albut and ECA for this one. It definitely sounds like an interesting compound that might be worth trying in the off season.

Phenibut - I work nights and had only slept 3 hrs cause I had to be up for family stuff. I was pretty irritable and short so I took 500 mg phenibut and 2 hrs later took 500mg again. I was relaxed and in a proper mood the rest of the day, definitely takes the edge off when you think your going to have one of those days. As for sleep I slept fine, didn't tell much of a difference but I was a little sleep deprived anyway.
Theanine- took this with coffee and 200 mg caffeine added in and Theanine me smooth energy, I was awake and alert and not overly stimulated. I really like this stuff.
Noopept - this stuff works well, I have a ton of stuff and task to tackle everyday and this stuff really keeps me on top of my game.

I would go with GABA for sleep. Phenibut is kinda like your benzo's like Xanax or alcohol they have effects on your GABA receptors and relax you. Phenibut takes high dose to sleep maybe 2 grams at bedtime. The best way to use phenibut would dose 500 mg in the morning and another 500 to 1000 5 hrs later in the afternoon and then at night you will crash and get a good restful sleep. But GABA would be ideal for sleep just take it an hour before bed. Phenibut is more to make your day a stress free, relaxed social day and once you go to sleep people report that they sleep well. I just got mine in the mail today so I'll let you know how it works. I also got GABA as well.

GABA: Taking a pretty high dose of the gaba pre bed and it is helping me relax a bit. Slightly improved sleep but on most nights still going for diphenhydramine :(

Phenibut: thinking of starting this soon maybe 3x per week 250mg AM and 250mg post workout, on my hardest training and cardio days to give me a mood boost. I also read that if taken daily it can have negative effects, like your body is getting accostomed to the high levels of GABA and is kinda like addiction. Can you comment on this?

Gonna use the alpha-gpc during pct.

I also purchased longjack for pct, vit c 3G daily, and yohimbine to use with my Clen.

Yeah GABA is helping a little with sleep to, but nothing outstanding at 500 mg to 1000mg though. I've read it does t cross the blood brain barrier very well, and the taking picamilon with it will help it cross the blood brain barrier which you may get better results as a sleep aid. Acetyl L-tyrosine is a good supplement to help you relax and put you in a good mood which will help you fall asleep easier.
As for phenibut and sleep the doses are high like 2 grams but this is mostly taken before you go out for the night and then come home and crash. I wouldn't take it right before bed. Personally I've used it like you said 250 to 500 mg during the day for a relaxed mood, and this carries over to bedtime for me and i find myself ready to go to bed and fall asleep a lot easier. I think taking 2 grams would be a waste. People build up a tolerence very quick with phenibut so spread it out and only use it 2 or 3 days a week.
Longjack and DHEA during and after your pct is a great addition. Longjack is like a natural proviron.
Just make sure you do a standard nolvadex and clomid pct along with your supplements.
