This Saturday I'll be 3 weeks out from my next comp. things are going extremely well. I'm currently running....
test p 350mg/week
tren a 700mg/week
Mast p 700mg/week
Var 150mg/day
Winny 100mg/day
Halo 20mg/day last two weeks (still considering this)

Already pulled the GH to drop any excess water retention.

Question is, for peak week, should I stop ALL injectables or only the prop. I'm mostly concerned about any water I might hold. I'll still be carb loading and dehydrating with the aid of diuretics during peak week. I just want to come in as dry as possible. I'll also be adding 2.5mg of letro the last week to crash my estro to help dry out even more. What's your thoughs guys?

All injects should be quit a minimum of a week and a half out. Obviously run your orals all the way through. Crash your estrogen the last week. Your water intake should be at least a gallon and 3 quarters if not 2 gallons now. When do you plan on dropping water and how? Any diuretics like dandelion root, vitamin c, any clen or anything like that?? The halo is for pure motivation to get the fuck out of bed and shit. What's your training that week look like?

I've been upping my water daily to get to around 1.5 gallons if I can. I'll drop the water Wednesday morning, which is 3 days out. Yeah I'll be running a potassium sparing diuretic those last 3 days as well. The halo is for motivation and I hear great things about getting a nice hard look to the muscle too. Peak week will be light weight and a little higher reps and zero abs peak week to make sure they're not swollen. Wonder if halo just the last week would be ok?

Get and keep your water intake high so when you cut it it actually works. Why drop water completely 3 days out? I always dropped it to sips Friday , drop it too soon and you can fuck yourself. Unless that's how you've done it before and it works for you. I always went from two gallons until Thursday night right down to a water bottle a day. You doing physique or bodybuilding? peak week is usually circuit style Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday and Friday off except some light cardio. That way when you go to pump up you get a pump with your carb up. If you beat the shit out of your body peak week you will be flat and wont recover in time for the show , let alone posing. You want to come in full and lean. Halo last week would be fine.

Nice brother, I really appreciate the advice. I did come in too flat last time, so I'm gonna take your advice on the water and peak week training to try and avoid that problem this time around. Total carb deplete Monday thru Wednesday and then carb load Thursday and Friday sound good? Also, following fhr suggestion of the water protocol would you suggest I do the same timeframe with the diuretic? Only run it Friday 3 times a day and one more first thing Saturday morning of the show before prejudging?
