Show is Friday the 4th. Going to keep the carbs low through Thursday afternoon, 50g max, and lots of sodium. Water is currently at roughly 1.5-2 gal now. So ramping up from 2 gal on Monday to 4 on Thursday. My flight is a wednesday night red eye, gonna try to keep the water intake up all night (yes I got an aisle seat).
Thursday - Cut water around 4pm. I'll weigh/check in at 7:30, then have a few pancakes, a teaspoon of glycerine and a dyazide.
Friday - Wake up around 6am day of, slam a pack of salted rice cakes with almond butter and lox. After prejudging at 8, probably gonna get a burger and fries from five guys, maybe another dyazide, only sip water. Rest and keep my legs elevated until the night show at 5.
As far as drugs go, I'm currently on 700mg of tren ace, 400mg of mast prop, plus 70mg tren base, 1mg methyltren suspension, 20mg halotestin, 20mg superdrol, and 10mg methylhydroxynandrolone suspension ED. 500mg TUDCA has kept my urine surprisingly nice and clear. I know that's a shit ton, for most of my prep I was on 400mg of prop, mast, and ace.
What do y'all think? Making this up as I go along. Am I totally off base? Ready for North Americans or am I way out of my league? Pic was taken today, pretty flat and depleted.
