Show is Friday the 4th. Going to keep the carbs low through Thursday afternoon, 50g max, and lots of sodium. Water is currently at roughly 1.5-2 gal now. So ramping up from 2 gal on Monday to 4 on Thursday. My flight is a wednesday night red eye, gonna try to keep the water intake up all night (yes I got an aisle seat).

Thursday - Cut water around 4pm. I'll weigh/check in at 7:30, then have a few pancakes, a teaspoon of glycerine and a dyazide.

Friday - Wake up around 6am day of, slam a pack of salted rice cakes with almond butter and lox. After prejudging at 8, probably gonna get a burger and fries from five guys, maybe another dyazide, only sip water. Rest and keep my legs elevated until the night show at 5.

As far as drugs go, I'm currently on 700mg of tren ace, 400mg of mast prop, plus 70mg tren base, 1mg methyltren suspension, 20mg halotestin, 20mg superdrol, and 10mg methylhydroxynandrolone suspension ED. 500mg TUDCA has kept my urine surprisingly nice and clear. I know that's a shit ton, for most of my prep I was on 400mg of prop, mast, and ace.

What do y'all think? Making this up as I go along. Am I totally off base? Ready for North Americans or am I way out of my league? Pic was taken today, pretty flat and depleted.

Dropped it for the last four weeks to get as dry as possible. I don't know if I was lean enough that it really made a difference.

If you were not lean enough 4 weeks out why not drop your carbs low enough to sustain and burn fat?

I cut my rice portions in half around that time, and by two weeks out, I dropped the rice altogether... my only carbs were basically green beans and a bit of PB2 with my egg whites.

Well Ive been told not to eat rice I got why. Because of the starch or something. I've always been told to eat oatmeal or sweet potatoes. I guess everyone has there own technique though... You look awesome in the picture! Do you have pics from being on stage?

Didn't place, but I'm pretty happy with how I looked. Major points to work on, getting shredded quads and crisp abs. Back was on point. Was told I just gotta be bigger!

I would drop all your injectable at minimal 2 weeks out. Run your Orals all the way up to show day. Yes even tren will make u hold a bit of water, mineral retention.

It's not the ester bro it's the compound. Tren will give u mineral retention regardless. Tren is great there is no question but not right before a show. It can make a difference when your literally being looked at threw a microscope

Right now 20mg halo and 20mg superdrol, oh and letro. I have plenty of both plus epistane on hand.

I prefer winny man but whatever works for you. Resist the temptation of upping the halo bro, any more then what your running and you will start to hold some water. You got enough mass just focuse on showing up hard and dry. The fullness should come in when u start to eat

Great. So sticking with 20mg halo, upping the SD to 30mg, and 30mg epistane. Damn, it feels great not having to pin anymore! Any other things I should keep in mind? Right now my only carbs are green beans, other than that it's just egg whites and tilapia. Trying to keep sodium high, lots of seasoning salt, and hitting 2 gals of water pretty easily.

Stop second guessing yourself. You look great and your doing it as I would. Your completely on point IMO. Come in at your best you cannot help if you get beat fair and square. You consider yourself a hard gainer/ ecto?

I really appreciate it. The reassurance means a lot coming from you. No, I put on weight/fat pretty easily and have to diet quite hard to get lean. Only in the past year have I really figured out how to eat right in the off season... managed to put on 10 pounds of lean mass and I can only improve my protein intake from here.

So do a clean carb up Thursday into Friday just keep in mind you can always eat more but can't take back what you ate. Rest lots of rest , legs elevated as much as possible. Don't stress and worry about the show, there is nothing more you can do it's done now enjoy yourself and watch the mirror and rest. I hope your posing is up to par... Hate seeing guys who have phenomenal physiques but get judged down because they can't show it off correctly. I always tell people to get a good posing coach. Pay the money its worth it. I expect to see comp pictures lol. Hit me up if you need it,have second guesses, need pointers or just need someone to cry too lmfao BTW when did you drop your test completely and any thoughts of crashing estro?

I will keep all this in mind, great advice. I have made significant improvements to my posing and still working on it. Living in a town of 50k people in Alaska makes it hard to find anyone to work with, but I'm doing my best watching posing videos, there was a good one with Steve Weinberger working with John Meadows for example. Photos for sure! I dropped the test the second week of August and have been hitting letro at 2.5mg every day since, along with my adex dose as I understand it takes a while for letro blood levels to stabilize.

You can only do what you can. Any plans to add dandelion root and vitamin c? They are always a staple to me. I know the video you speak of. If that's the case I hope you've been practicing a lot holding them for 90 seconds, minimal shake etc etc. Are you base tanning before the spray?

Nah I haven't been tanning, just because the scars from my gyno surgery are still somewhat visible and I don't want to induce permanent discoloration.
