Now we know how we respond to the long ester enanthate, as well as the short ester prop. Hopefully, you guys have followed the advice for the previously posted cycles and are either in the process of learning your body correctly, or you have already done so.
What I want to focus on now is how to begin manipulating test only cycles before adding another compound. In this cycle, we will extend the duration of the cycle and will be using sustanon as our base. Sustanon is a great compound when used properly, and will allow you to see results rather quickly. We will still be incorporating the taper in order to glide you right into PCT.
Ideally, you want to strive for stable levels. To do this, I like a schedule of M/W/F, or just EOD. The question is typically asked, what about the two days missing a pin on the weekend? Before I answer that, let's talk about the makeup of sustanon 250. It is a testosterone blend comprised of the following:
phenyl prop 60
The only esters in this blend that will truly compound are pp/iso/deca. Prop will be on the decline by the time you pin your next weekly pin, and the only reason PP has a compounding effect is because the pinning is virtually EOD with a half-life of approximately 4 days.
To answer the question, when skipping pins during the weekend, the prop will be leaving the system by Sunday. If this were closer to 100mg of prop, I would be concerned with the drop in levels in terms of mild sides. But we are only talking about 30mg here.. With that being said, M/W/F would be appropriate for splitting up any dose amount.
As for AI timing, since sust contains some quick acting esters, you should start your AI the same way you start with a prop kicker - either from day 1 or week 2.
As for the prop taper, the decanoate ester remains present for quite a while. Because of this, you'll see a longer prop taper than you would normally see with enanthate or cyp. As an added measure, I have the final week of sust being reduced by 250mg to begin the decline.
