Can't believe it is already here but it is that time of year already to start getting ready for my next competition. Sitting 10lbs heavier than I was this same time last year with about the same bodyfat and have about another month of bulking to go so things are looking good so far. Anyway I want to lay out the details of my next cycle to get it ironed out since I will be running some different compounds this time and want to make sure I am going in the right direction. If I am way off base here let me know. The base of this cycle is going to be primo. I have several hundred amps of pharma primo and way to much UGL primo but but for this prep it will be all pharma. The test e will be pharma also (pretty much everything I am trying to go with pharma if possible).

1-20 Primo e 800mg/wk
1-17 test e 250mg/wk (test will be dropped 3 weeks out from show)
1-20 Provi 50mg split am/pm
12-20 var 50mg ED
17-20 injectable methyl-tren 1500mcg/d (last 4 weeks of cycle)
18-20 Halo 30mg (last 3 weeks)
20 Winni 50mg/d (last week of cycle)

My thoughts on the cycle:

I am planning on a 20 wk cycle. I am planning my prep (strict diet and cardio implementation) for 16 weeks and am starting the cycle a month earlier so that the primo should be in full swing when the calories are going to start be cut and the cardio increasing. I don't really have anything planned as far as additional AAS for kickstart to the cycle. I figured the cycle length kind of negated the need for a kickstart but I am open to any suggestions. I wanted to lower the test to around 150/wk to ensure I don't need an ai but with the amps I was just thinking to keep it simple and pop 1 amp/wk. I could go to 1amp every ten days similiar to what I am doing with my TRT. (Maybe my pharma sust would be better for this?)

All injections are dropped the wednesday before the show and only orals from then up to showtime. I will replace the injectable mtren with oral tren (500mcg) at that time. I will be starting the mtren 4 weeks out. Started it 3wks out last time and was impressed with what it did. Would like to take it 4 wks out to see if it can do more. Or maybe keep the duration the same but up it to 2000mcg? Any thoughts.

No diuretecs needed. Will be using letro at 2.5mg/d the final week along with my peak week prep strategy to help with the drying out.

What about adding some mast p towards end of cycle? I haven't added any mast in the cycle figuring it wouldn't be needed with the primo. Maybe I am wrong so let me know.

I also have some primo a tablets that I was considering taking those last final weeks. Will likely take them when injections are dropped but would it be worthwhile to take earlier?

Just over 8 wks out. Started 40mg/d tren a 2 wks ago along with 50mg/d var. Absolutely loving the tren. No sides whatsoever, I am sleeping just fine and my overall mood has seemed to greatly increase for the better. I think I am avoiding any night sweats because I am on super low carbs. Seems to have given me a huge burst in energy also. I was getting pretty larthargic from the low carbs but now I seem like the energizer bunny. Still lifting 6d/wk with fasted cardio 7x/wk with two additional evening sessions. I am at a 750-1000 cal/d deficit and the weight is barely moving but fat is melting off. Lost 1.25 in on my waist and only dropped 1lb on the scale over the last 2wks. Getting bigger and leaner at the same time. Tren and primo seems to be an awesome combo. I am running about 16 lbs heavier than I was this far out from last years show and at the same bodyfat. The increase in size in my shoulders and chest is definitely noticeable. My shoulders are going to be especially impressive I think. Going to bump the tren up to 50mg/d this weekend. People at the gym are telling me I am changing on a daily basis.

Any thoughts on slowly bumping up the tren each week? I was thinking about slowly upping to see what my sweet spot is and then if any unwanted sides show then back off. Probably stick with just 50mg/d when I start the mtren or I might just cut the tren out completely when starting the mtren.

i dont bother with more than 300-350 a week. i am personally very sensitive to prolactin and progesterone side effects, this is a big reason i keep it at around 100mg 3x a week. too much tren can cause problems with progesterone and prolactin even with caber or prami in place in my experience. everyone is differant though some guys run it higher and dont have problems, but if your not sure i would be more cautious.

Cravings aren't to bad actually anymore. I am getting real creative with recipes. I spend alot of time prepping and then cooking all these creative protein/low carb recipes that it really seems to keep me occupied and they are so good it actually feels like i am cheating.

Normally I don't step on the scale except for once a week for my weigh in and BF check. Just for shits and giggles I have been getting on the scale the last couple of days and my weight is increasing. It is freaking me out. I was consistently loosing about 2lbs/wk and now I have gained 1.5lbs since my last weigh in on sat. Waist is decreasing in size and calipers aren't changing so I guess that is good, but I am really perplexed as to how I can be gaining weight while I am in a cal deficit. The only thing that has really changed is that I started doing cardio over the past week. I would think that would make the weight drop faster since I would be burning more cals since diet hasn't changed.

Could this be an effect of the primo where now I have reached peak plasma levels (4.5wks in) and my glycogen retention is peaking now resulting in the weight gain. Hasn't happened like this with any other compounds I have ran while cutting. First time I have actually gained weight on a cut, not sure what is going on or what to do.

The increase in gear and im guessing protien intake to stave off muscle loss on restricted calories can actually cause guys in their first few shows to grow into the show....thats what dave palumbo says anyway

Primo did the same thing to me, so many people make it out to be this weak as drug, I was in a 500 cal deficit and doing fasted cardio 5 days a week and over the 8 weeks I ran it ( i ran the ace tabs 150mgs ed with 200mg cyp) and I only lost a total of 2lbs the entire cut, but i dropped a shitload of bodyfat in the process. After that primo really caught my atttention. It was more muscle preserving then tren in my experience, probably just cuase all the tren i havve ran was shit though. But this drug is mild side effect wise, but not when it comes to holding and building new muscle.

If your getting leaner, waist is dropping, mid section is getting tigher and your holding size on your arms chst etc roll with it as long as you can. If youre not dropping fat at the rate you projected increase the caloric defict or add more cardio. But It would be pretty fucking cool if you dropped down to your desired bodyfat without losing much if any weight.

How is your water intake? Have you increased it a little more now that your doing cardio?

Had a big salty meal latley? Any cheat meals? Constipated?

Take 3000mg of vitamin c spread and some green tea and weigh yourself tomorrow.

Maybe the cardio is messing with water intake a bit. I'm going to bump it up another 1/2 gal (with green tea) for the next couple of days and see if that does anything.

Going to try an herbal cleanse thing also to see what that does.

Couple of purposes. One is to just help with drive and focus. Energy levels are so damn low at that point and the halo really helps to even make it possible to just get to the gym and workout. Very good hardening agent also. Also provides some benefits when carb loading that final week to help drive more glucose into the muscles to help fill them out.

As of this past saturday I was down 9lbs already. I dropped 5lbs the first week but I think alot of that was because I cut out the creatine. So over the past two weeks I have been avg. about 2lbs/wk which about what I was shooting for. Cals are around 2100, carbs are around 120g. Haven't been doing any cardio yet. Going to hold off on that for as long as I can as long as I am still dropping some weight. Once I start up the cardio I actually bump up the cals so I will be around 2400 cals when cardio starts. Seems weird, but I lose more fat and less muscle that way than just cutting more cals. Little bit ahead of schedule compared to where I was at last year.

I think the primo is finally starting to be felt and seen. Starting to get that almost euphoric feeling all day long now and energy is actually up. This is actually the best I have ever felt while cutting. Strength is still holding also. Hit 375x6 for several several sets on squats again. Pumps are really starting to feel good and muscles seem to be filling out even though I am dropping weight. Everyone is starting to ask me what preworkout supps I use. lol. Still early yet but I am really liking this primo so far. No neg sides whatsoever yet, only positives.

300+ carbs when bulking. Around 120-150 now so they are about half. I really haven't noticed any decline in strength or energy levels though, actually getting stronger all the while dropping weight. Strange beast this primo is.

Just got BF tested and I am 14lbs heavier and 1% BF less than what I was at start of prep last year. First pin starts today.

Looking to get the cycle started next Sat. (20wks out). Put the table up with what I have planned so far. As far as AI, I am thinking around 6mg of Asin ED since 12.5mg ED worked good with 500mg/test. I am still wondering if I should just take the test down to my normal trt dose and just ride this cycle with the primo. One other thought I had was to incorporate some Tren A 6 wks out or so and drop the inj MTren dose down.

Switching up from inj primo to 100mg ed of oral primo from wk 17-20 is an idea you may want to toss around.
