Upcoming cycle i was going to run 20mcg post workout. The source is claiming i must run hgh with it as it lowers natural hgh levels. I can find no science that backs that claim. Im 46 so my hgh is already low.

You will like these 2 combined. Personally I think the igf is slightly over rated, but I know you’ll love the g at 46 years old. It’ll be a game changer for sure

From reading on just hgh benefits, getting a full nights sleep would be awesome!

This years been hectic but might plot out a spring cycle with those two in combo :)

I truly hope you can—I’m a different person on G. I think a lot of the anti-depressant/uplifting benefits come from the deeper sleep personally.

Not to mention, it’ll be like throwing a turbo on your cycle.

I've researched the Palumbo 11-20mcg/day protocol and researched along with experimented from 20-80mcg/day for short 4week bursts.

The 80mcg along with slin and gh had me SUUUUUUPER FULL and I was veiny (coming from a guy who is always veiny even without a pump) AF too but...the combo and likely IGF-1 higher dosage caused some uncomfortable and unexplainable much less ODD hand pain.

I've had carpal from higher doses of GH (12-14iu/day) little while back but with the IGF-1 I was using 8-9iu tops over two shots/day of GH with the post IGF-1 shot(s) and then had slin (morning and post workout) and my hands felt like they had a pinched nerve frequently.

Buggered up my training and even throughout he day my hands would get that pinched nerve feeling that sucked.

My hands clearly swelled as the GH took me from a size 10-12 in ring size within 14mths and stayed there till the IGF-1 was added...now wearing a size 13 and still wear it even though been off slin/IGF-1 for 4weeks.

Did not notice swelling of feet or added water anywhere else with exception of what was going into muscles as well as added muscle growth.

I loved the response but I literally took this past 4week break (trained only twice in the last 2weeks) because of the extreme response with the 80mcg IGF-1.

Trying to imagine 1MG let alone 5-10MG.

Love to hear more but it sure sounds very extreme and with the large amount of experience I have it still makes me question what would occur...instant COLEMAN status?!? LOL

It was mass but the continued FULLNESS was dramatic.

1mg a day is insane. And 5-10mg..... there has to be some kinda mistake. Even the cheap crap for most sources run about 50$ a bottle for 1mg.... there is no way in hell someone is spending 5x that $250 a day on igf. Sorry. Even with the discount codes and shit for 30-40% off that's still 100-150$ a day.... can't believe that info at all.
But yes I've read from 10-20 to even 50mcg after or before a workout in spots trained. I've don't igf lr3 once and I liked it's I did 20mcg bi lateral like left and right biceps before my workout and would really get a aswome pump, unreal really. To the point it hurt so so good. But almost in tears lol...

They use increlex, bio idendtical igf-1, different from Des and Lr3. If you can get it it's a lot cheaper then Lr3 or Des. Comes in a 40mg vial for 1000-1500 bucks so 25-40 bucks per 1mg. Still not cheap by anymeans but better then 70 bucks per mg. It's got a very short half life 10-15,000mcg is no type. One of the most memorable workouts I had was after pinning some Des into my biceps, the pumps were so bad I had to sit down and wait for 10 minutes I couldn't move my arms.

Wowo ya that’s still very expensive. And that last part had me wanting to try it. Reminds me of the last time I tried igf lr3 and I used 10mcg bilateral in my bis and trained, the crazy hurt pumps. But like that good hurt lol I’ve been doing the igf post since I’m running hgh and slin and most of what I read it’s better post..... but my precious experience is telling me otherwise lol

I thought so to at first but I use a 30 or 31g slin needle that's 5/16 so it's not bad. Also in chest. Upper chest is one of my best favorite spots. It's such a small amount of liquid so it's no biggie. Even with gear. But in biceps anything over .5cc is too much my little guns. But a full cc in each pec isn't bad

I'm not versed in igf1-lr3 at all but reading everything i can over the last year and half. But mathematical numbers show that something is seriously in error.

Micrograms is the measurement.
1000mcg = 1mg

Ive never read nor seen 1000mcg per day anywhere but I've read plenty on gut growth with doses up towards 100mcg per day.

If there's some new science based facts, love to see them. But getting roid gut isnt in my arsenal

For proper full benefits dosing needs much higher.

Spot injected into muscles trained at 1mg.

Followed by 50/50 protein/ carb shake.

Then big post workout meal hour later. (Steak)

When ppl start using the right amounts at right times they will see the amazing effects of this drug.

Inches can be gained but dose has to be higher which means cost is huge!

Igf1-lr3 at 1 mg? Thats insane bro. Its measured in micrograms. If i remember correct palumbo said 50 micrograms and you're in the range for intestine growth. 1000mcg... not for me. Lol

The few peole I know who use real igf-1 use 5-10mgs on workout days. Idk where palumbo came up with that dosing, I think he said like 20-40mcg ed. The low doses haven't done much for me. I haven't tried higher doses but I've wanted to try running it at like 250mcg ed or something but even that's way out of my budget. The results from real igf-1 are supposed to be crazy.

When I prep fir a contest rusty I just use skin about 4 weeks out I will pin 5 before my work out and 5 after and eat in the middle with some carbs to keep everything steady. Cheaper option this way and puts on size

Which slin are you talking about/using?

The only version I know that is otc (North America anyway) is HUMLIN R and that can be a nasty beast if you bugger things up or forget that "round 2" comes into play in terms of the second peak.

It does work very well but many have had "issues" with slin specifically because of using Humlin R and forgetting or not being prepared for the follow up 2-3hrs later

Depending on whether you are SUBq or IM will determine the first and second response of Humlin R.

My personal opinion is that Humolog is the safest one to use (in theory) because the response/peak comes in fast which is what most of us want and can best adapt to when it comes to getting in the required carb/sugar intake to match.

IM makes Humolg happen very fast and you better have a shake with some fast acting carbs in it.

8oz of juice =30grms and a healthy dose of dextrose works (63-120grms) works great depending on how much Humolog used but this is based on using between 9iu-15iu respectively

With Humolog you are "better" able to determine carb/sugar intake while minimizing any poor or potentially harmful consequences.

If I missed where it states which one you were using on here my bad but I thought I would clarify a little for those who may just use "Humlin R" since that is the one that is considered otc because no script is required.

That Humlin-R was the only one that caused me a couple concerns back in the day when I mistimed the follow up meal.
