I have never had an issue with getting my upper body to swell up, but my legs! I need a solid routine for my legs that will blow them up! PLEASE!

This may sounds really simple, but I've been doing 3 sets of 5 on squats (same weight every set) for 6 weeks now and my squats have shot up. I only go up by 5-10 pounds every time I lift, now just 5 pounds cause its getting hard, but I've seen about a 30% increase in PR. Then I do pussy leg press and do slow negatives 2 sets of 8-12. I'm toasted after this usually. I also take pretty good rest periods between sets.

warm up to your heaviest weight then squat for 8 reps. so example if you can squat 405 you would do 135 for 15 225 for 12-15 315 for 10-12 405 for 8 of course you should push to do either more reps or more weight every time. lower the volume on all your other lifts. squat twice a wk with 72 hrs in between. after completing the heavy squat rest about 2 min then do 20 reps with as much weight as possible with good form. your legs will be pumped and sore as hell if done right. don't forget to stretch it will be needed for this type of leg routine. switch between back squats and front squats. no sissy leg ext or leg presses for this one. also eat more food while training like this. even if you think you eat big now ...eat more. I know this doesn't seem like a lot of work but if your are having problems with your legs this should do it.
